Very very bad experience... I have ordered mango cheese cake, 2 days before my marriage anniversary and this is what we got.... We have told them we will come to take cake at 7:30pm, we reached there at 8 still the cake was not ready we got cake at 8:15 that is different thing, but the cake was not set at all, mango pulp was flowing down from cake, cheese was also not set properly... Spoiled our whole celebration.... They have entire 2 days, although it was a small cake but that doesn't mean it's not important... It was really a big day for my husband and me.... I am very much disappointed, I mean how can you start preparing cake when customer comes to take the cake? That is why we have ordered it 2 days before na? If it was not possible for you then you shouldn't have taken order only... I really want to suggest everyone the day you want to take your pre ordered cake keeping calling them reminding them from morning only then may be you will get the cake a proper cake, time toh I'll not talk about only... See workers are not there is not an excuse, it can never be an excuse then don't take orders only na...... Mango cheese cake with mango pulp flowing down, cheese flowing separately, and biscuit crumps are separate, this is how the cake was... Ridiculous... And full payment was done 2 days before only, that was my biggest mistake, otherwise I would have thrown back cake only... I don't even want to give 1 star...... I am really very much...

Delightfully surprised by approach of the person incharge, Each and every customized detail is taken care of, Would have given a higher scoring if possible

Have been satisfied customer for few years But what surprised me most was happened last week, my customized 2+kg cake with sugar print characters, cream characters and house, few fondu structures worth over 3k had to be canceled, to be replaced with a cake worth just over 1k, that too just 18-20 hours before delivery The same was done by staff with a smile on face and utmost respect
