As soon as you get seated seats are greasy and you can see little dust. As soon as rest you hands on the table SIKE you can’t cause table is also greasy + Sticky, Did I mention even under table is also sticky. Still you wait for your food to arrive cutlery it comes in is Sticky, your glass is sticky. Even after you mention you wanted regular Pepsi they give you Pepsi black and if ask to change it with something else they’ll look at you like you asked for their sacrifice. Did I mention the glass was also sticky after all this suffering pizza comes in the plates they don’t even place it front of you. You have to get it from one corner of the table where they dumped all plated and did I mention the plates were STICKY !!!!!!! Had to use tissues that also wasn’t provided had to turn back to grab a pack of it cause it wasn’t on the table...

I had ordered 4 - 5 items out of which they missed one item. After informing them also the staffs are quite pathetic and highly useless that they simply did not bother even if the fault was of theirs .

The taste of pizzas have drastically gone down. Sometimes the pizza base tastes so sour that as if it has been kept outside for quite some days. I don’t know the toppings of onions used on Pizzas who cut like as if the onions will be used for some samosa chat.. The PIZZA HUT guys neither value the customers money neither they respect the customers. If someone is really very care free for their money then they come and spend and unfortunately can get sick .. NOT AT ALL A SAFE EATERY FOR KIDS.. DOMINOS is quite a better place in-terms of taste...

We visited after 8 PM, and the place looked completely deserted — it didn’t feel like a Pizza Hut. Most senior staff had already left, and only a few people were managing the outlet.

The AC was not working, and there was a gas odour in the dining area. Cleanliness was very poor — leftover plates were lying on dining tables.

We even requested a glass of water, but didn’t get any till we left.

After 8 PM, the juniors handle everything without supervision. When we visited, a person named Salim was present; he seemed confused and made us confused while ordering too.

On the positive side, Pizza 🍕, Garlic Bread 🍞 & French Fries 🍟 were good.
