I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Vaibhav Hotel, which has left me deeply dissatisfied with their service. I placed an order for dinner that included six rotis, but to my dismay, only two rotis were delivered. Along with this, instead of the requested order, I received one bhendi masala and two servings of vegetarian pulao. This mix-up in the order was frustrating, to say the least.
To make matters worse, when I called the hotel to address the issue at 10:30 p.m., I was assured that the correct order would be sent to me promptly. However, the order did not arrive until a whole hour later, at 11:30 p.m. This delay not only inconvenienced me greatly but also disrupted my dinner plans significantly.
The lack of attention to detail and the delayed response from Vaibhav Hotel's staff reflect a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of service, especially when dining out or ordering food. Unfortunately, my experience at the Vaibhav Hotel fell far below those expectations.
I hope that Vaibhav Hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to their service to avoid similar situations in the future. As it stands, I am highly dissatisfied with my experience and would caution others against relying on this establishment for a seamless...
Read moreI am posting it behalf of my colleague who came to Panvel to visit me. It was afternoon and she planned to visit Vaibhav Hotel for lunch. SHE WAS PUSHED AWAY SAYING "Yaha nashta nahi milega, sirf khana milega". Firstly, how can you judge the person if he gonna have lunch or breakfast, secondly, who the hell does breakfast/snacks at 12 pm? And moreover why judging customers? Right after leaving your hotel, my colleague went to Neelkamal, which is besides your hotel, she was greeted properly and she had her lunch there. Stop judging customers and treat them well. I would never visit your hotel again and would also share this incident with my colleagues just to make them aware that "yaha nashta nai molta hai, sirf...
Read moreFood is tasty, but not served hot. If this can be focused and improved - it will be a 5 star experience.
After raising request couple of times - they have simply kept in oven and served same food. Due to this paratha became papad.
One of the owner was trying to justify - Butter paratha, butter roti can't be hot as butter is applied which is not a justified answer.
As per my observation, this hotel mainly focus on online orders (In around 30 mins, we have noticed approx 20-25 orders are received which is good. But Dine-in customers are also has to be...
