Our first visit to Boston Bites and we were very disappointed! Starting with things like the waiters will provide you with the menu on the table but to order you have to go upstairs on the counter but they do serve your order on your table (weird) to they don’t provide fresh water, only bottled water, which is a very cheap way for such big franchises to mine people’s money. The pizza wasn’t great either, just an average pizza, bland in taste, okayish crust. We did not like it, and will not have it again, instead order from Dominos or La Pino’z. The only good part was the ambience. The pasta was very disappointing as well. Didn’t taste that great, we’ve had so many better pastas and the portion size was small as well. We recently had a get-together at Boston&Co with a group of 7 friends, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish cooked perfectly and served fresh. The service stood out just as much the staff were extremely nice, respectful, and attentive throughout our time there, which made the evening even better.

Considering the quality of food and service, the bill of just ₹6300 for 7 people was very reasonable. It felt like great value for money without compromising on taste or hospitality.

Worst experience in Boston today, I've been to this restaurant several times before, but I've never had such a bad experience. a favourite of mine, the BB Veggie pizza, was ordered. Order delivery took some time, but the pizza's quality was inconsistent, its base tasted like a half-cooked bun, and it was undercooked. Reported this to the waiter, who agreed with the complaint and took the pizza back. A minute later, the waiter returned with the same pizza and an unacceptably vague excuse that "Karan (the chef) instructed us we can't re-bake the pizza." I didn't say anything, but based on what I understand, they should have switched it out for the right one in this situation. Such experiences if not entertained, will definitely lead...
