It's much appreciated when the atmosphere and the quality of food served is great but if the services are bad then it's not worth it. I went to elevate with my cousin, brother and their friends, the food was good, the drinks were good as well however the service offered was very bad it made the joy of good food and drinks turn into a tasteless experience. What we ordered was either not even in preparation after 30 min(because of staff's negligence) or was so late that the appetite for it was lost. As a customer we obviously demanded a refund/rebate for the inconveniences that we endured but we were brazenly told that nothing can be done and had to pay the complete amount. I do not have any animosity toward the services or restaurants but just trying to give an honest review. These guys ruined...

Always crowded as many Colleges are nearby and drinks are budget friendly. You will love this place for its ambience and crowd and strictly not a place if you want peace or going with your family. Songs are good, television always stays on with some match playing on it, no dedicated space/platform for dance. Now this place is divided into two sections (older, the original elevate restaurant and the newer one, which used to be moti mahal in the past) Older section is comparatively less chaotic.
