The Land Of Grill — Restaurant in Patiala

Giving overall three stars because of the place. Food is good at all but it’s better when served hot like the chicken wings are not much warm or hot as it is in other restaurants. The service is quite slow which I recommend to be more fast. There must be a parking area also for people who visit there. The restaurant is well known only for bowling and it is the best option in the city for doing that sport. But if you want to brunch or thinking about grilled food or buffet I recommend pirates of grill it’s better option because of their service, food quality parking and friendly staff nature. ( one more thing about land of grill- when I visit there on my birthday party I specially call them and asked that if there any special offer or anything you offering for birthday celebration? But they say no offer available only cake is complimentary from them. Another side there a family reach there they ask them for complimentary drinks and the manager ask that one round is free for all of them. But if we specifically calling them for any offer can’t they just provide free drinks to us also !? That’s why I am giving this overall rating. One thing I like is the atmosphere of the restaurant. I recently organized my child's birthday party at The Land of Grill, expecting a memorable and exclusive celebration. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

The owner initially promised the entire floor for our party if we paid for at least 60 guests. However, despite having only 50 guests in attendance, I was charged for 60. To make matters worse, the owner allowed other outside guests to share the floor, completely disregarding the exclusivity that was assured.

When I raised these issues, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with events meant to be special and memorable.

Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar. The soya chaap had an unusually sweet taste that was off-putting, and the cajun potatoes were of poor quality. These issues compounded my disappointment, as I had expected better from a reputed restaurant.
