The place is a costly one. If you have good money, you can definitely go here. The place is a good one. The quality of food is excellent.
The service needs a revamp. The steward who served us tried to suggest dishes for us without our asking for it.
The menu needs to really be thought about. We wanted to order a breezer which was in the menu. Out of the 5 choices given there was only one flavor which was disappointing and that too on a Saturday night. There were also some dishes in the menu that the management marked as 'Must Eat'. We wanted to order it and it was not there. The order was taken in the beginning, but after sine time the steward cones and tells us that it is not available. That is very disappointing in a restaurant of this level. And the steward did not say that it is not available. He seemed to be a bit confused. He was roaming around the bush and he was suggesting to is some dishes which we did not want. So my question to the management is do you mention the dishes as 'Must Eat' and then make sure that they are not available? This is a very disappointing thing to occur in this restaurant.
The ambience is very loud and irritating. I had to inform the steward three times about the dish I wanted when ordering. If that is the level of music they keep in that restaurant, then they have to provide all customers with ear muffs. The management will need to take care of customers who will suffer from ear problems because of the very loud music there. Music should be to lift up one's spirits, not to drain...
Read moreI went here on a virtual date. It is located in Model Town right next to Mocha Café very easy to spot. If you are a beer fan, their home brews are a must try. Also, don't forget to ask for their seasonal brew, usually made from the fruits in season. When I visited, they had Kiwi brew in season. It was mildly sour just the way I like my Kiwis. If you are a beer enthusiast like me, you have got to visit them every month for their new seasonal brew. Whether you are looking for a place for friends reunion or a date or a family gathering, this place has got you covered. The ground floor has bar and microbrewery (for friends gathering), first floor has restaurant (for family gatherings) and second floor is for parties. Be sure to check out happy hours if you are visiting during the day. Since I was on a virtual date, I ordered portions for one and the portion size was sufficient. I ordered BBQ Chicken wings half and Peri Peri Crumb Fried Basa fish. I have not had wings better than theirs in the whole city. Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Music: 4/5 Beer: 5/5 🤩🤩
Update: I visited this place for OKTOBERFEST. Apart from decoration, there's not much to look forward to. They have Oktoberfest fest special menu with Kiwi beer, themed cocktails and German theme food. I was excited to try Pretzel but it's available only with lamb shanks and chicken schnitzel. Chicken Schnitzel was served with a side of German potato salad and mini Pretzel. Was really disappointed with the size of Pretzel but the...
Read moreAmazing beer, awesome food. On my friend's suggestion, I tried the brown ale. Took me a while to appreciate it. Go during happy hours to get one free refill on your beer (happy hours end 7 pm). The dimsums I had were simply splendid, and the Paan Twist cocktail I had after food was beyond amazing, although the straw I was given was redundant, because it's literally impossible to drink the cocktail using it. The waiters and other staff are extremely polite too, and I was surprised to see little kids with their parents in the restaurant section. Overall, I'd definitely come here again, and would recommend anyone who is looking for good craft beer, cocktails, great food, or simply cheap whiskey in an amazing setting, to visit this place.
P.S.: I'm a bit miffed that I couldn't get a 'Bloody Maria' cocktail (Bloody Mary with tequila base) as advertised in the menu, but I'm gonna let it slide. This place is hands...
