Very Poor Service!! On 20 october 2017 evening we visited thier outlet at leela bhawan. Placed order at 6:57 PM(time as printed on their Bill) They told to wait for 10 minutes and after 1 hour when i went to them and asked about the order they again told us to wait for 5 more minutes and after getting the order it was all messed up Instead of PEPSI we were served ICETEA And we asked for OAT bread and we didnt get it When we started to complain and the staff instead of apologizing to us Was misbehaving after 5 minutes of argument. We have refunded some amount from them. The guy even tore the BILL we have!! Although i have a photograph of the bill and i will take action...

Today I ordered sub from super panda leela bhawan. When I visit restrauant and stand near sub counter cockroaches are running near sub and use glass near veggies. Ugly veggies are used . Some cockroaches are died under veggies . When I told to staff they said some staff are on leave. Staff is very rude after complaint and canceeled my order...
