I expected a basic level of decency and courtesy from your staff, but the events of our latest visit left us feeling disrespected and neglected.

Upon entering your establishment, my family, which includes my two small sons, and I were hopeful for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, our optimism was quickly extinguished by the appalling behavior of your staff.

Firstly, despite repeated reminders, we had to request water multiple times before receiving any attention. It is unacceptable that we had to practically beg for such a basic service. It's important to note that my small children were with us, and their well-being should have been a priority.

What was even more shocking was the careless attitude displayed by your staff during the cleanup process. As my three-year-old son was still eating, one of your staff members abruptly cleared his plate without any inquiry or consideration. This not only disrupted our meal but also showed a complete lack of respect for our dining experience.

Feeling deeply aggrieved by this treatment, I decided to voice my concerns to the reception. However, what transpired next only added insult to injury. The staff members at the reception showed no courtesy or professionalism, staring at each other without even extending a simple apology.

I must emphasize that this level of service is not only unacceptable but also tarnishes the reputation of your establishment. We came to your restaurant expecting a pleasant dining experience, but what we received was far from it.

Naam bade Darshan Chote the food was really substandard, we ordered tomato soup to start our dinner, the Soup was just raw tomatoes blended and boiled for a bit, each sip had a weird aftertaste of a raw tomato and the consistency was too watery, moreover the bread cubes weren't fried but seemed to be microwaved. Then for the main course we asked for recommendations from their staff, who recommended Athiti Special Veg, the dish came in half vegetables sabzi and half paneer sabzi, the paneer dish was average & edible but the vegetable sabzi was overly spicy, and lacked flavour. I felt I was going to get acidity after eating it. The butter roti we ordered was undercooked / under-roasted it felt like a chapati and lacked the firmness, it even became soggy which should have been firm in its texture (just imagine soggy maida chapati). Lastly after being disappointed we felt let's eat Dal Khichdi (as most places don't screw it up for it being a simple dish to prepare) However the dal khichdi was even more horrible, it felt like a dal made a night before which was mixed with rice in the morning by adding water heated and served, it was overly dry, I strongly feel they just mixed old dal fry and rice with some hot water and served us. I feel so disappointed, that a place which is located at such a premium locality like Aundh, which has so many franchisees across pune, serves such food. Amenities: The hotel's location was excellent, being close to several attractions. The pool area was also nice and clean, a pleasant spot to relax.
