The Paradise Aundh — Hotel in Pune

Location is calm and quiet. Bit inside but closer and walkable distance to DP road where you get every items and Westend Mall is closer too. More appropriate for bachelors and perhaps couples but not great for family with kids. We got a room that was not cleaned well - used blankets with lot of hairs, stinking toilet etc. After complaining another room was given which was okay. Although blanket looked good, it still had some hairs. Additional bed and thick blanket given was very untidy. Room service is good. Never go for their tied-up food delivery. The rice in Jira rice and Dal kichidi was uncooked and very badly prepared. And highly overpriced for...

We paid extra as we wanted a balcony room but absolutely no use as the balcony just faces a wall. Staff were attentive and full marks for the two adorable doggos in the reception area. They enthusiastically welcomed us and gave us company for the full hour we had to wait before the room was ready. It seemed as if room was cleaned in such a hurry that the floor was sticky from the cleaning liquid. It hadn't dried coz of the sultry weather and bell boy made room, washroom and door mat ever more messy with his outside shoes. Flush wasn't working properly and they repaired it only...

I would recommend this service apartment to people who are looking for budget friendly accomodation in a good location. Stayed here for about 4 days. We were a family of 4, and I must say that the premium rooms are very neat. Service is pretty good,. For the price, its really worth it. They have 2 adorable labradors which have become very dear to us after our stay. 2 things I feel is required.
