This is shop which sells 'premium' furniture with an attitude that is nowhere close to it. Our journey of buying a sofa from them ended up being painful with total disinterest from the owner.

1. We like a particular sofa on display and we paid advance for similar one to be customised for us. Problem started here onwards. While giving us a confirmation there was NO mention of dimensions, specifications, material to be used etc. After much insistence, they sent us a doodle with 2-3 key dimensions written. We were told 'we are a brand, and this model we are selling for years'. We were assured it is all standard stuff.

2. After 20 days we were called to pay the remaining 50% payment and we wanted to check the sofa. We were guided to the basement warehouse. And we were appalled at the way our sofa (though packed) was heaped on to other furniture (as if it was a junkyard). When questioned about it, the salesman said, "we have taken care, in other places it is stored in worse ways". When we spoke to the owner, he shirked it off and asked the sales man to attend to us.

3. When the sofa arrived and we opened it and found several glaring issues. It was 2 inches higher than what we asked for (difficult to sit). seating was tapered (sinking in at the back), and seating pads misaligned. it even had a middle support hanging in the air (not on ground- they repaired it, though shoddily later).

Since we were not given any drawings, there is no way to tell them that there is a problem with the specs (we could only produce the photo we had of the display sofa. With a disinterested owner we were not sure even if we complain, it will he heard at all.

With this disregard for customer needs, I am not sure, how long this shop will last. Please...

I purchased a bedroom set from them that set me back by upwards of a lac. Within 1 month, the bed gave way from headrest side, and i got painful spasms because the blood would flow to my head while i slept. it was fixed after 2 months. the bed still keeps making squeaking noises.

Then the wardrobe slider door came off, perhaps due to weather changes. They wanted to replace the part, so i waited a month for the new part to come in from some factory in Nagpur . It came out to be worse than the first one. I was told the product is discontinued. I am still waiting for a new part, while my bedroom cupboard stays wide open for the maid, guests and rodents.

The planks inside have already curved in an arc that makes us a laughing stock among our friends. They used something different than MDF for our requested customized planks ( i think sawdust ) just to make the sale.

The only thing remaining of the misery were the side tables. You would think that how can such a small thing be wrongly done. It turned out the drawers were sent fixed inverted, so the ply beneath was looking up. Had to get these replaced as well. Absolutely no quality checks whatsoever.

I am seriously thinking of suing them in consumer court since i am pretty sure anything they send now will be a hush job put together just to get done with it.

When God wants to punish you , He makes you buy from these guys. Under that good brand name, these are some of the worst guys in the business. I had read the reviews and still went for them thinking they were a one off case. I am so sad now, i am waiting for holi to burn this evil piece of bedroom furniture that has ironically taken away my sleep ,...

As one of the reviews already said, initially it impresses and you get carried away by brand name and promises of quality. But as soon as your booking is done, the bad service becomes obvious. It seems you stop existing for them once you have paid. Right from getting delivery to any after sales service, the most important word in your life becomes - follow up. Unless you call/whatsapp multiple people at least 5-6 times you have no hope of getting any service at all. I had purchased my dining table and sofa from them. Within 6-8 months of purchase the low quality work done on dining table chairs was exposed. Wobbly legs, stitched undone and foam coming out. Even though they repaired it once (after multiple follow ups mind you), problem came again just the next day. In the end I just resigned myself to the fact that I will have to purchase new chairs or chair covers. Because it is just not worth the effort getting them repaired...
