I love ba vithhala ... but today Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Delay in Oorder. I visited your restaurant today with my family, looking forward to a nice meal, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. I'm regular customer in your hotel.

We were seated at Table No. 12, and our visit was between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

I had ordered Chole Bhature and a Spinach Dosa (for my 1.5-year-old son). After waiting for 25 minutes, we received the Chole Bhature, but the bhature was thanda (cold)—not fresh or hot as expected.

Then I ordered one more bhatura, which thankfully arrived in 10 minutes—that was acceptable.

However, the real problem was the Spinach Dosa, which never came even after we had finished eating Chole Bhature. Despite repeated waiting, the dosa did not arrive. After a long delay and frustration, I had to cancel the Spinach Dosa order. My son, who is very small and hungry, had to go without eating properly. This was very upsetting for us as parents.

Also, I noticed that you were not in the hotel at that time, which might be one of the reasons things were not managed properly.

The lack of timely service and poor coordination really ruined our visit. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service, especially when small children...

However, the waiting time after placing the order was quite long, which was a little disappointing. Another drawback is that the place does not have parking space, which makes it inconvenient, especially during peak hours.
