Royal Deck Multicuisine Restaurant and Bar Hadapsar Pune — Restaurant in Pune

I am a Premium Hotel Products Manufacturer. So i happen to visit hotels and restaurants very often both for my business and for personal dining. Just because you have a tiny pool on terrace besides dining tables doesn't mean its a great ambiance. Here's a long list to pen my worst dining experience in recent days. 1.There was no attendant to take order - Order was taken after almost 12-15 mins from we settled on table. Its a rooftop bar having no smoking facility - (If someone going for drinks - remember you can't smoke here) They did not serve to 2 drinks order in same time. Glass of red wine came 10 mins after the beer was served. We also ordered 1 spring role which came when we were almost done with the drink. after that It took them 20 mins to bring the bill. The Worst Part is - they charged us nearly 30% higher rate in the bill than their online menu. (They don't have physical menu). upon asking to correct the bill the server replied - Sir these are the actual current rates _ We are in process to update rates in our menu. the horrible part is - 1 Lady - i guess the owner or from hotels management was having casual meeting with few people on a table next to us_ was not even bothered to look into the matter. She just randomly told server to settle it. Last but not the least - another 15 mins to change the bill. We went to their reception all the way to ground floor to pay bill.

Not even one person - apologized or showed any acceptance of their pathetic service. It was a long 1.5 hr of frustration. 0 for Service 0 for Food 1...

Pune’s beautiful restaurant located in a 3 star property. Royal Deck is the perfect place for your fine dining experience. The seating area is huge and very spacious. And it’s beautiful as well. The restaurant serves multi cuisine food. So, you can have almost everything of your favourite dishes. Coming to the food, the presentation was really appreciating and we our order was served within no time. The staff was quick. The food was looking tempting and we couldn’t control ourselves to finish it. Loved the food. They serve options in drinks as well, including mocktails and cocktails. Worst service , waiters are not aware of menu , everything they need to check and come back , food is below average , they charged Mineral Water at Rs.100 plus taxes, later on pointing out that it is mentioned rs 49 in menu , they changed it , surprisingly they are charging 5 % service charge , which is not mentioned anywhere in the restaurant nor in the menu , when pointed out the manager argues about it and not ready to take out from the bills , this is illegal and cheating...
