Baker's Point — Restaurant in Pune

Initially I thought this was a very good bakery as it provides fresh products, but one incident changed it all. I bought chicken sandwich while leaving for Pune station. Its hardly 25min journey to station. As soon as I reached station and checked my bag foul rotten smell lingered all inside my bag it was literally unbearable. When I checked it was the sandwich. As i was in a hurry I didnt check it when I bought it. They dont put expiry date on their products and this sandwich also didnt have information sticker on when it was made. You just have to 'trust' them. Its a famous bakery but I guess they have grown complacent. They gave my money back, but what if someone had eaten it...

₹350/- for a black forest cake like showed in the picture. 60% cream and 40% cake. Not worth the money too, don't waste you money on this cake unless you love cream and less cake inside it. (Never buy it for anyone's birthday). Other than this issue, some products here are too pricey compared to other bakeries in the area. The bakery was good few years ago but the quality has gone down...

I had purchased 5 donuts from here and 4 were stale. Next day, When I informed the person who gave me the donuts that 4 were stale, he did not show any reaction nor apologised as if he was aware the donuts were stale.
