Behrouz Biryani Undri — Restaurant in Pune

I had called up the Behrouz customer service number and informed them that I placed a wrong order from Zomato and if they could modify/change my order. I spoke to a man called Mahesh who took my new order and placed a cancellation request for my previous Zomato order. He assured me that this was done. 5 mins after the call ended, I received the old order at my door. I informed the delivery guy that the restaurant had cancelled the order, he didn't receive any such request and since he was already at my door, I accepted that order. On calling the resturant again 30mins later, I learnt that my new order was not registered. I requested a call back from Mahesh as he was the one that I spoke to. He again assured me that the order was registered and that he would check with the kitchen as to why the delivery was taking too much time. He told me he would call me back in 2 mins. 15 mins later I called him back and his number wasn't available. When I then called the centralized number, lady told me that the kitchen had cancelled my order. I was shocked at this pathetic and disorganised customer service.

I don't understand how in such times when people are losing jobs left, right and centre, a restaurant like Behrouz can afford to get such...

this is the worst biryani ever, it's just a hype and photos of tempting biryani and don't fall into the trap of behrouz biryani, it is not at all worth and you can get much better biryani s from restaurant and caterers, I cannot imagine how they can cook the biryani in a long grain rice which was so thick , it had Hughe quantity of garam masala and white rice portion was so less, chicken was uncooked.

it a shame to call it royal biryani, it is worst than the road side biryani.

I had ordered chicken biryani from Zomato choosing this center. Biryani was so worst. First of all it wasn't fresh , felt like they gave us yesterdaya left over biryani. It was like only rice. hardly 4-5 small chicken pieces i found where as the order was for 4-5 people. I had also requested to make it little spicy, those instructions were also not followed. Waste of money. I had not paid 1247rs just to eat rice. Worst service from behrouz biryani nibm branch.. Please take some...
