Bubsterr's Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Pune

Bubsterr's Bar and Kitchen, famous for its monster size pizzas and burgers, have made new additions to its menu and also we got a chance to try out the same at their Kharadi outlet. The ambience of the place is very cool and relaxing. Really nice place to hang out with friends. Nice decor, comfortable sitting area available both inside and outside. Now coming to the food and drinks. Everything served was amazing and yummy. Starting with the salads, we had Watermelon Feta Salad, salad made of juicy watermelon balls, Feta and crunchy walnuts. And a Greek chicken salad, consisting of cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken, cucumbers, onions, lettuce and feta. Both the salads were refreshing and brimming with flavours. After the salads, came the starters. We had Cheetos Onion Rings, which were crunchy onions rings served with mayo sauce. Perfect chakhna for the evening to have with drinks. Next up we had Chicken cigars, which were small roll kind and inside filled up with minced chicken. Amazing appetizer, spicy and delicious. And it was served with sweet chilli dip adding more to its taste. Then we had, Chicken cutlets, perfectly cooked medium size and thick cutlets. and also served with sweet chilli dip. Also, we tried Bruschetta, Fried Lotus Stems and Chilly chicken which were also worth trying. Last but not the least, we had Bawa style mutton pattie which was super yummy. Made of kheema stuffed between potato pattie and served with Garam Pav. Undoubtedly must-have. Now, let's talk about the drinks served. First of all the Sangrias. I am a huge sangria lover. I was really amazed to have Guava chilli Sangria and Pineapple Sangria. Tastes amazing.  There were some unique cocktails which was really worth trying. Candy Crush, Jollyrancher flavoured cocktail with Gin, must try if you are a fan of sweet cocktails. Plumlette, a nice sweet and sour cocktail made of plum and gin, a unique cocktail to try. Next up, we had Twisted sour, cocktail of whisky, triple sec, cranberry, tobasco and lime, must-have for whisky lovers. Also, we had Spiced Monk, cocktail made of rum, ginger, pineapple and lime, it was one of a kind of cocktail and must try. Now after having all this, we were yet to start the main course. In the main course, we started with Butter chicken and rice. Amazing way to start the main course. Butter chicken was really delicious and yes it was not sweet. The chef recommended to have the butter chicken with egg fried rice. And we tried the same and came.to know that it was worth trying combo. Then we had Grilled Fish with butter sauce and Flame Grilled chicken, both were served with in house Mash and Sauteed Veggies. Both the dishes were delicious and amazing. Then we were again recommended to have Pork Ribs and Malay Lamb Chops. The Pork Ribs were really juicy and yummy. The Lamb chops were really spicy and tender. Last but not the least, Desserts.
