Burger Singh — Restaurant in Pune

I recently ordered a burger and fries from this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. First off, the food was cold when it arrived. The burger bun was cold, and the fries were even colder. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while before it was served.

The seasoning on the burger and fries was bland and lacked any real flavor. I was expecting a tasty, well-seasoned meal, but it fell far short of that.

On top of that, the service was subpar. The staff appeared lazy and uninterested in their work. They didn’t seem to manage their time well, which contributed to the poor quality of the food.

The staff doesn't not have talking sense I visited with my friend i ordered for me only as my friend said that he don't want to eat At billing counter I maid my payment and took my seat, soon after 3 min the staff ( lady) called me and said u made only one payment my question is that appp soo rahe thee kayay jab mai payment ker raha tha, at payment time only I said only 1 food item for 1 person ... then how come u asked me again? This clearly means that if u want to sit then order compulsory,but the point is where is that written on shop ???? No sauce was given which is provided on every restaurant/ shop .... aslo they made me very long to wait for billing counter and there was not any other...

😡 Wahiyaat Experience with Burger Singh! 😡

Today, I tried their burger for the first time, and it was the worst experience I've ever had! The burger was sada hua and tasted ganda! 😤 The customer service was even more pathetic. I tried calling their customer service center multiple times, but there was no response. When I finally got through, the representative had the audacity to cut me off while I was explaining my issue! After that, my calls were completely ignored! 📞🚫

I deeply regret wasting my money on this faltu brand! If you care about your health, DO NOT ORDER from them! They serve stale food and provide ZERO support when things go wrong! Save your time and money—AVOID Burger Singh at all...
