My recent experience at MS Hospitality was disappointing, to say the least. My friend and I had booked two rooms for a 4-day stay, but our experience was marred by several significant issues.
On the second night of our stay, there was an electricity outage. Understandably, such incidents can happen, but what followed was unacceptable. The hotel's generator was only operational for a mere 2 hours, leaving us without power for the rest of the night. Given the weather conditions and the presence of mosquitoes, this made it impossible for us to sleep.
The next morning, when we inquired about the electricity situation and the possibility of running the generator for longer periods, the hotel staff's response was unsatisfactory. They failed to provide a clear answer and showed reluctance to address the issue. Frustrated by the lack of assistance and the prospect of enduring another uncomfortable night, we made the decision to check out early on the second day of our stay.
We requested a refund for the remaining two days of our booking, considering the circumstances. However, the hotel declined our request. Fortunately, we had booked through Fab Hotels group, and their customer care team proved to be incredibly helpful. After a lengthy process of communication and explanation of our situation, they facilitated the refund, acknowledging the lack of alternative accommodation options.
Furthermore, I advise future guests against booking breakfast with the hotel. Despite offering this service, MS Hospitality lacks a kitchen facility and resorts to sourcing food from random roadside stalls. Not only is this unhygienic, but the lack of basic utensils provided, such as plates, bowls, and spoons, reflects unprofessionalism. Additionally, we experienced an intrusive incident where hotel staff entered our room and accused us of consuming food items that weren't ours, further highlighting their unprofessional behavior.
Additionally, I must highlight another disturbing aspect of my experience at MS Hospitality. When we reached out to the hotel staff during the midnight electricity outage, we were met with shocking and completely unacceptable behavior. Instead of providing assistance and support during a challenging situation, the staff resorted to using abusive language. This behavior is utterly disrespectful and goes against the fundamental principles of hospitality business conduct. As guests, we should expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times, especially when facing difficulties beyond our control. The use of abusive language by the staff further compounds the already disappointing experience and underscores the lack of respect and care for guests' well-being. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any hospitality establishment.
In summary, based on my experience, I cannot recommend MS Hospitality as a suitable accommodation option. The inadequate response to the electricity outage, coupled with unprofessional behavior and substandard breakfast service, leaves much to be desired in terms of guest satisfaction...

Ok, where do I start from. We had to choose this cheaper hotel as there were no other hotels available in the locality due to events and sports in Balewadi. But it turned out to be the one of the worst stays.
Rooms: Rooms are too much dirty with coakroaches, dust and dirt all over. No one has cleaned it for weeks. There is kitchen in the hotel, although it is mentioned in the ad.
Service: They bring you only poha and tea that too in aluminium foil and tea plastic panni (bag). No cups, no dishes, not even water bottle. They charge even for the 1st water bottle. No phone in room, not even TV.
Staff: The so called manager or acting manager was so rude and offensive guy. During payment, he demanded extra amount than it was already decided. When I asked why he says - "Dont act as if you dont know why" How in the world would I know if not informed. Then he revealed 3% extra for card payment!! Who charge extra on card payment, I thought as if I travelled back in 2014. He was talking so rudely and in an insulting tone. When I said him to tone down and talk properly, are this is service industry and client is important. He said - "you paid na, enough, now go go".
Note: all our conversation...
Read moreI recently stayed at Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
The state of the rooms was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, it was clear that the cleanliness standards were severely lacking. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible dust and stains on surfaces. To make matters worse, I encountered cockroaches in the room, which is both unacceptable and alarming. This level of cleanliness is not only off-putting but also raises serious concerns about hygiene.
The amenities provided were equally problematic. The hotel advertised free Wi-Fi, but it was either non-functional or so unreliable that it was essentially useless.
While the staff were polite, their ability to address these issues was limited. Despite bringing the cleanliness and Wi-Fi problems to their attention, the responses were either inadequate or delayed, and no effective solutions were offered during my stay.
Overall, my stay at Hotel was marred by serious issues with room cleanliness and essential amenities. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve future guest experiences, but based on my recent visit, I cannot...
