I recently visited Carnival Restaurant and Bar, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was top-notch, with an elegant yet cozy setting that made us feel instantly comfortable. Adding to the ambiance was the live music – the artist performing that evening was extraordinary. His melodious voice created a magical vibe, and I must say, he is one of the best vocalists I’ve had the pleasure of listening to. It truly elevated the entire dining experience.

Coming to the food, it was simply fantastic. We started with the seafood soup and manchow soup, both of which were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The manchurian was undoubtedly the star of the evening, cooked to perfection with a balance of flavors that left us wanting more. The Jaipuri Kofta was another highlight, mildly spiced yet rich and creamy, making it an absolute treat. The rice and dal tadka added a comforting homely touch, with just the right amount of spice that made it enjoyable.

To wrap up this amazing meal, we indulged in the sizzling brownie, which was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of warm brownie, sizzling chocolate sauce, and cold ice cream was the perfect way to end the night.

I visited on my husband birthday celebration on 3rd January 2023 that's on weekday .I had visited carnival in last april on weekend so I visited here again but this time I was disappointed I will give detail review this time . The pros first . 1 Thee ambience and vibe is good 2.Only starter named murg cheese was good. Now come to cons :- 1.We ordered paneer lazmi starter but it tastes like an ordinary paneer sabji not like as a starter 2.We also ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani here comes the game changer it taste too tangy the tomato was overpowering whole dish we gave our feedback to the management about it they were like this is like this only and you should tell before but I think before tasting how would we tell about dish .It costs us Rs 540. 3 .Now when we ended dineer and during bill payment the waiter there was" Sir yaha pain online payment par aap tip de skate hain so we said to him Khanna bahot kharab tha at that time he replied """Thank you """ seriously you treat your customers like this . 4 We had an huge amount to pay 3500 bucks where they added the amount of biryani which we only tasted you should at least have some courtesy towards your customer.....waste of money and food..... Dont fall prey on such...

Visited on weekend with family, some experiences shared here, About the place wallet parking is available segregation between fine-dine and bar live singing (singer is good) place is decently maintained About the staff needs training in handling customer's complaint should be sensible and careful while serving the dish, when to serve and at what interval (like first starters, wait let it finish and then serve the main course) do not assume and bring everything in a one go. This clearly shows the unprofessionalism and audacity to indicate that finish everything, pay and leave asap, we have other customers to handle. Never expected such low-level of hospitality from Carnival. About food Starters were not heated properly and were cold. When complained, it was said that it will be replaced with freshly cooked one, but the one came afterward was also not hot and neither freshly cooked. Because it came within less than 7 mins of its return and it seems that they have it frozen and on ordering they took it out and microwaved it and served it. Main course was okay and hot
