Chulbul Dhaba offers a diverse menu of North Indian dishes that have garnered generally positive reviews from its patrons. It is known for its vibrant, casual dining atmosphere, making it a popular spot for family outings and casual meals. Food Quality: The standout dishes include their signature butter chicken, Chulbul Murg Handi, and a variety of tandoori items such as butter tandoori chicken. Customers frequently commend these dishes for their rich flavors and generous portions. The restaurant also offers combo meals that provide a good mix of flavors and value, like the butter chicken paneer tikka meal and the butter chicken egg masala meal. Vegetarian options like tadke wali dal khichdi and traditional dal khichdi also receive favorable reviews for their taste and quality. Service and Ambience: The ambience at Chulbul Dhaba is designed to be welcoming and comfortable, with a focus on creating a dhaba-like feel that adds to the dining experience. However, service can be inconsistent, especially during peak dining hours. Wait times can sometimes be longer than expected, and service efficiency varies. Pricing: Pricing at Chulbul Dhaba is generally seen as reasonable and offers good value for money, particularly with their meal combos and chef's special dishes. Discounts and deals available through platforms like Zomato further enhance the affordability, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious diners. Overall Experience: Despite some service-related concerns, the overall dining experience at Chulbul Dhaba is positively viewed by most customers. The quality of food, coupled with the reasonable pricing and casual ambiance, makes it a worthwhile dining destination for those looking to enjoy hearty North Indian cuisine in Pune.

Dear Chulbul Dhaba Management, I visited your ChulBul Dhaba hotel (managed by Roshan Minar Hospitality) in Kharadi on 28 September 2024 at 10:15 pm, expecting a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by delays and inattentive service. Upon arrival, we placed our order promptly, but the food took an unacceptable 45 minutes to arrive. What's more concerning is that we had to intervene and request the staff to expedite our order, which should not be the case. As a customer, one expects timely service, especially when visiting with young children who were growing restless due to hunger and the late hour. Our children, aged 6 and 10, were repeatedly asking for food, but the staff seemed oblivious to their needs. As a family-friendly establishment, I expect more consideration and attention to children's requirements. The staff's lack of concern and responsiveness was disappointing, making our experience stressful. When inquired about the delay, the staff shared that the chefs were fighting in the kitchen, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. This reason for delay is alarming and raises serious concerns about the kitchen's operational management and staff dynamics. In an attempt to rectify the situation, the staff offered one scoop of vanilla ice cream to be shared between my two children. While this gesture might have been intended as a goodwill gesture, it came across as insincere and inadequate. Offering a single scoop of ice cream to be shared between two children seemed more like an effort to save face (and costs) rather than a genuine apology for the delays and poor service.

They have 3 outlets, visited the one in Kharadi. There are multiple seating options and is a good place to visit with groups. Loved that they have a kids menu, which is free of cost for the kids, includes starters, mains and dessert too. The Butter Tandoori Chicken is their main seller and definitely is a must try. Also ordered the butter garlic prawns and paneer chilli garlic tikka, prawns was well done with a yummy sauce, the paneer tikka was a little on the spicy side, was garnished with chilly flakes, but was well plated, good quantity and the softest of paneers I have had recently. For mains, ordered Chicken Dilruba Masala, good quality & quantity, 4 pieces of Chicken tikka and gravy included minced chicken, medium spicy. The rotis served initially were cold and upon request, were immediately changed without any extra charge. Valet available, vut there is only a single person, so a little time consuming. Place was crowd and full with people waiting, we were lucky to get a place immediately on our entey. Overall, a nice family including kids friendly place including large groups also. Happy Dining!

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was initially excited to enjoy a meal with friends. However, our evening took an unexpected turn when, to my utter disbelief, a large cockroach made its way onto my plate. The panic and anxiety that overwhelmed me are beyond words. It's essential to note that cleanliness and hygiene are paramount in any dining establishment, and this incident left me deeply concerned about the restaurant's standards. What was even more disheartening was the rude and unapologetic response from the manager. Instead of acknowledging the gravity of the situation and taking appropriate action, they had the audacity to insist that I pay the bill and passed statements like - Cockroach koi badi baat nahi hai, apne kha toh nahi lia na Cockroach. This disregard for customer satisfaction and safety is unacceptable. I urge everyone to be vigilant and demand the high-quality service and cleanliness we deserve as paying customers.

Went for dinner with Family..Usually they have a lot of waiting on weekends. Ordered Butter tandoori chicken which is their speciality along with masala papad and Manchow soup for starters. Chulbul murg handi, shev bhaji and butter roti for main course accompanied. Butter chicken tandoori took almost 30-35 mins to come till the time our main course came.Started with tandoori and the main course became cold Poor co-ordination of staff. For baby's dal khichdi had to remind the captain twice to bring it. Taste of butter tandoori chicken was good but doesn't not value it's cost Chicken handi was also very low in quantity and taste was ok (only kala masala used) Shev bhaji was good Had to inform the staff to put glasses for drinking on table. Good part is for kids under 5 years they serve free food from their defined menu Overall poor experience to summarise.

Went to Chulbul dhaba on a weekend dinner. The entrance is very welcoming and you expect a warm ambience but the ambience is just okay okay. It does not matter when you are with your friends. They have an option for a rooftop but it is very small and leads through a small staircase which is a bit uncomfortable. Food wise it is okay okay, nothing great. We had mushroom tandoori, hakka noodles and a chicken starter. We ordered virgin Mojito and to our surprise the glass was half filled with mint leaves. I had to tell them to change it with less leaves🤣. They had offer on certain Desserts but when asked most of the mentioned desserts were unavailable which was a big turnoff.. Service was quick but I can only feel for the staff who continuously climb the stairs for every single order.
