Cafe Godaam turned out to be an absolute delight! I had their Avocado Toast and an Iced Mochaccino, and both were simply amazing.

The Avocado Toast was a masterpiece—perfectly creamy avocado spread generously over a well-toasted slice of rustic bread. The highlight was the beautifully layered thin apple slices, adding a refreshing crispness and natural sweetness. The drizzle of balsamic glaze brought a tangy depth, while the fresh basil elevated the whole experience with a burst of herbal freshness. Every bite was a play of textures and flavors, making it one of the best avocado toasts I've had in a long time!

The Iced Mochaccino was just what I needed—a perfect balance of rich espresso, velvety chocolate, and creamy milk, all served chilled in an elegant glass. The first sip was pure indulgence, with the deep coffee notes blending seamlessly with the subtle sweetness of chocolate. It was neither too overpowering nor too sweet—just the right amount of decadence to complement the lightness of the toast.

Had received a recommendation from a friend about this place quite some time back leading to us deciding to visit recently on a weekday. The place was only 2-3 patrons full when we visited, with the outside seating completely free. We initially sat outside but moved inside. The ambience inside as well as outside is good and the place is well designed. There is a shelf full of coffee paraphernalia and a talk with the barista made me understand how serious they take coffee over here. We ended up having Wild Mushroom Duxelle Toast and the Tofu Steak with Romanesco Sauce. The Duxelle Toast was flavourful and balanced with a decent quantity. The Tofu Steak left me wanted a bit more. The Romanesco Sauce would have benefitted with a little sourness to balance the taste out nicely. We ended up having a Hot Chocolate with Cinnamon and Aeropress coffee. I was given a wide choice of beans to choose from and every variety of bean (all from India iirc) was allowed to be sampled and detailed explanation of the aromas and styles was given. I chose the Shinzo variety of bean and I'd not hesitate to say it was one of the best cups of coffee I've had apart from siphon brewed coffee.
