I recently visited a South Indian restaurant in Pune and had a delightful experience that I'd love to share. The restaurant, known for its authentic Udupi style cuisine, impressed me right from the start. We ordered a variety of dishes including Mysore masala dosa, masala dosa, wada sambar, and onion uthappa.
Firstly, the service was commendable. Our order arrived promptly, and each dish was served hot and fresh. The quantity of food was generous, ensuring we left satisfied without feeling overly stuffed.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the dosas. The Mysore masala dosa was perfectly crispy on the outside with a flavorful and spicy filling inside. Similarly, the masala dosa was well-made with a delicious potato filling that was just right in terms of spices and texture. The wada sambar was authentic, with the vada being crispy outside and soft inside, accompanied by flavorful sambar and coconut chutney. The onion uthappa was also a hit, with its unique texture and balanced flavors.
During our meal, we encountered a minor issue with one of the dosas being slightly undercooked. However, the staff promptly resolved the issue by replacing it with a freshly cooked, crispy dosa. Their attentiveness and quick response to our concern were truly commendable and added to the overall positive experience.
The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were polite and attentive throughout our visit, ensuring that we had everything we needed.
In conclusion, my experience at this South Indian restaurant in Pune was excellent. The food was delicious, the service was prompt and attentive, and the ambiance was inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Udupi style South Indian food in Pune. Whether you're a fan of dosas, idlis, vadas, or uttapas, this restaurant offers a satisfying culinary experience that is sure to please...
Read morefrom the day i came to pune, my first hotel was Brahma hotel. From that day i always give this hotel my first priority till now. the food was so good and amazing from the start but in the past 3-4 years i don't know what happened but my experience got worst. 4 years ago i ordered pav bhaji but the tomato piece i took had a bacteria roaming inside. i thought it was just a mistake so i ignored it. there are four months in a year when we don't eat onion garlic at all, i ordered some vegetables from brahma and it came with Onion garlic even after mentioning no onion no garlic food.Calling them after my every order saying no onion garlic food. they gave me the food including it. I again tried next time but it repeated many times till now. also after that they don't take the food and just ask for replacement or give money back. and we can't give the food to anyone neither we can eat it. throwing the food really makes me feel irritated or annoyed. they were really best but the experience made me review it and that too bad. the last experience i had was about 1-2 week ago and that recipe didn't had onion still they put it there. that was the limit of my patience. my mom was ill and she had to make us some...
