Vasudev Pure Veg - Sinhagad Road — Restaurant in Pune

The worst hotel experience I ever had till now in Sinhagad road,the staff is not trained or the cook.Before the order we asked for normal water ,they replied back they not give regular water only give packed water even the hotel was full empty except 1 or 2 customers.the food we ordered was overcooked at some parts while some part was not at all cooked. The service was too slow for more surprising the hotel manager came 2 times asking for how was your food experience but never check before serving what kind of food is delivered to to customers even when hotel is completely empty. I recently visited Vasudev Pure Veg, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was extremely poor—we had to ask for almost everything twice before it was brought to our table. Even with such delays, the food arrived cold, which was very disappointing.

To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow, leaving us waiting far longer than expected. Adding to the frustration, the waiter completely ignored a specific request I made regarding a food item, showing a lack of attentiveness.

Overall, the experience left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the service quality. Until then, I can't recommend...

We went for dining and ordered veg Manchurian. To our surprise the quality was not the same as before and service too was very slow. The Manchurian balls were not properly fried. No sauces offered by default. When complained about the food quality the manager was trying to convince saying it is good and when we approached the owner, he came running and started scolding the waiter nearby, for the Manchurian quality. We cancelled the replacement and left the restaurant. The price of the food is also very high and do not justify for the quality of food and service provided.
