I visited this restaurant on a Sunday morning and had a chance to try their Rawa Onion Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, and Idli. The overall experience was a mix of excellent food and a slightly challenging wait time.

Starting with the food, the Rawa Onion Dosa was crispy, perfectly spiced, and had a delightful crunch from the onions. The Mysore Masala Dosa was equally impressive, with a flavorful, tangy chutney spread inside, paired with a well-seasoned potato filling. The idlis were soft, fluffy, and paired wonderfully with the accompanying sambar and chutneys, which were fresh and rich in flavor. Each dish reflected authentic South Indian flavors and was prepared with evident attention to detail.

They also serve onion chutney that's very delicious, if you ask for it.

However, the wait time was a drawback. Despite arriving in the morning, I had to wait approximately 45 minutes before being served. While the restaurant was understandably busy, such a long wait might discourage some visitors. That said, the staff remained polite and efficient, ensuring that once we were seated, the service was smooth.

The ambiance was simple yet welcoming, and the food quality made up for the delay to some extent. I’d recommend visiting during less crowded hours to enjoy the experience more fully. If you’re a fan of authentic South Indian cuisine and don’t mind a bit of a wait, this spot is worth...

Idlicious Garden Cafe is a delightful discovery for anyone who cherishes authentic South Indian cuisine. This charming café offers an unparalleled dining experience, with food quality and taste that are simply unmatched.

The standout feature of Idlicious is undoubtedly its superb South Indian dishes. Each dish is a testament to the culinary expertise behind the scenes. The sambar and tomato chutney, in particular, are exceptional – bursting with flavor and perfectly complementing the main dishes. It's rare to find such authentic and delicious tastes that stay true to traditional South Indian cooking.

What adds to the charm of Idlicious Garden Cafe is its unique setting. Housed in a bungalow with a garden, the café has been creatively converted into a dining space amidst lush plants. This not only provides a serene and picturesque dining environment but also enhances the overall gastronomic experience.

The ambiance is tranquil and inviting, perfect for a leisurely meal with family or friends. Dining amongst the greenery offers a refreshing break from the typical restaurant setting and adds a touch of tranquility to the meal.

In summary, Idlicious Garden Cafe is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in authentic South Indian cuisine. The combination of exquisite food, serene ambiance, and the novel experience of dining in a garden bungalow makes it a...

I visited Idlicious with a couple of friends from college, after hearing some strikingly awesome reviews from some south Indian friends in college. I was pretty sure that if they have said such good things about the delicacies served here, I am in for a great sumptuous south Indian delightful lunch.

So, we ordered Uttapams, Masala Dosas, Onion Masala Dosas, Curd Rice, Rava Dosa, Masala Chaas and Idli Vadas. To say the least, everything was nice, but prepared in pure south Indian style. Many of my friends from the upper half of the country didn't like it, as the items were little bland and not spicy as were expected by them.

It was probably occasional, but potatoes in dosas were not boiled and mashed properly and were somewhat raw, but Curd Rice was amazing to say the least. Same goes without saying for Rava Dosa which was superbly crispy. Onion Tomato Uttapams could have been a little more crispier, though they were good. Masala Chaas was awesome, I particularly liked the tinge of mustard seeds in it, which added an altogether different flavor to the drink.

A must visit place if you want to try pocket-friendly authentic South Indian...

Disgusting experience! Firstly the place is a front yard of an old house where they have just put some huts and make customers sit there. There are no fans and the scorching heat kills you. Asked the waiter for water twice but he still didn't get it and had to raise the voice on the 3rd occasion after which he got it finally The heat was getting unbearable so tried asking one of the employees why don't they install fans to which the guy smiled and walked away. Zero care for customers. Couldn't really enjoy the food as wanted to go away from the place quickly. When I went to wash my hands the tap didn't have water and they had kept a bucket and mug beside the basin. It was so hot I got tempted to take a bath with the same. ONLY VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE RANBIR'S SUPERPOWERS FROM BRAHMASTRA WHERE HE DOESN'T GET BURNT BY HEAT

I went here post i got a referral from a friend of mine for good south indian food. 1. Complicated location inside a lane. Extremely difficult to park car/bike as there is no space in front of premises to park. You will have to find a place ahead somewhere in the lane and park it. As the lane is small, you can not park it anywhere as you will end up blocking the lane. 2. Owner / manager not polite. Noone wants to start their day by getting rudely spoken to. 3. Food : Normal idli Bad double fried hard vada Set dosa not spongy/soft Good masala dosa (only thing we liked) 4. No value for money. We did not feel like paying so much of money for the quality of the food we have had. 5. Average service. Will i recommend this place or go here again? : Hard NO.
