My experience was extremely bad because of overly delayed service and improper hookah setup. Azzurro is a place where we come for experiencing hookah it's flavours and dense smoke but these guys keep on sucking in the hookah and still were not able to start it properly even kids can make a better setup than these people there was no flavour to it and they didn't even put coal properly. It is a bungalow converted courtyard lounge. We were welcomed by the words “kya khaoge”? This was amusing and we asked for a menu and they said they didn’t have one. No hard copy and the scan was not working. We looked at the online dine out menu and started to place order and the next question was “yeh menu kahan se mila aapko?” This was extremely weird. None of the drinks on the menu were available despite a huge bar. They had only two cocktails and we were forced to have them. Then started the food fiasco. We ordered feta fries as munchies, and received only fries, when asked, the reply was “feta nahi hai, yehi kha lo.” When asked that why didn’t he inform us while ordering, he just shrugged and left. Next we ordered mushroom kebab with hummus. The kebab came with green Chutney. When asked about hummus, the reply was “hummus nahi hai, isaliye chutney do hai na.” We also ordered Pahadi kebab and had specifically told vegetarian option. We realised it was chicken only when starting to eat. We asked the waiter why chicken when we ordered veg, the reply was, “isme sirf chicken hi hai.” This was the last straw. When we called the manager and complained about the pathetic service, he was least bothered. We asked for check and told that we are not paying for anything. we didn’t consume anything, except the drinks and that too we were forced to as they weren’t according to our liking. He brought the bill and even when we asked him to remove all the extra charges and service charges he wasn’t apologetic or contrite. They weren’t even bothered that I had already pre-ordered a cake for birthday. Worst experience ever I wish I could give it -10. also the place is highly unclean.
