The place is exceptionally nice, clean, and very well maintained. It's conveniently located, with easy access to supermarkets and fuel stations for all daily needs. The location is perfect, and there's even a beautiful garden and play area for kids, making it an ideal place for families. Good residential apartments, a gated community, having children play area, sufficient parking space and peaceful ambience. Having security checks and all round maintenance.
