Kebabi is located at Saluke Vihar. It's located in one of the competitive places but their name surely stands out its one stop for all your grilled craving. They also run an cloud kitchen which is enlisted as Wok Fried Chinese which serves Chinese Menu.

FOOD Focusing on the Mughali Menu First

Dahi ke Kebab The kebab were moist from inside and had a good crisp from outside. The curd they used for filling was made too sweet. It made the who kebab sweet which tasted okish as there should be a sour kick to the Dahi ke Kebab.

Non Veg Platter This Platter was Platter for 2. It had Chicken Tikka, Chicken Pahadi, Chicken Bajara, Chicken Afghani Leg, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Mutton Shami Kebab. All the chicken kebab were really good with marination and were charred well in the tandoor. The Mutton seeks kebab could have been more juicier. The Shami Kebab was okish as I could taste Dal more rather than the Mince Mutton. But overall it was an good platter and the portion was perfect for 2.

Cheesy Chicken Nanza This was their best dish they served. They even made the base bread in-house which is an great thing. This was topped with Chicken Seekh Kebab some onions, Bellpeppers olive jalapeños and Chicken seekh Kebab. It was loaded with Cheese you could do a nice cheese pull with this naaza. The base was nice soft and the seekh kebab was also tender.

Chicken Biryani. If you are expecting an layered biryani then this is not the one you.ll like. They had cooked chicken separately and the added rice to it and given a good steam to it. The chicken was marinated with some curd ginger garlic and some garam masala. I felt there was an overpowering cumin taste to the biryani. I felt the chicken flavour was not incorporated into the rice.

Talking about the Chinese Part of the Restaurant they served us some Appetizers and some Mains. The Appetizers we Tried were Chicken Crispy, Chicken Masala Lolipop, Honey Chilli Potato. They had got the basics right for all the Appetizers but they had a proper in their Sauce they used. The Sauce was to Salty and all the Appetizers had the same base sauce. A little work on sauce can really make these dishes amazing.

In Mains they served American Chopsuey Szchewan Noodles and Burnt Garlic Fried Rice. From this Burnt Garlic Fried Rice was  the best it had the perfect flavor of the Burnt Garlic to it. Noodles were basic as you were get in any restaurant. The American Chopsuey was also good having sweet and sour taste to it.

They need to work on the Chinese part specifically on the Sauce part. The service was bit slow. We also gave feedback to the Chef and the chef accepted it and were willing to do changes which is a good sign for the restaurant for...

Recently got to visit this place just before the start of Ramadaan, as some dishes have been aadded in the menu to cater for the season.

What we tried Non-veg platter Makrana Kebab Matka Kebab Masala Naan Open Shawarma Crispy Chicken Butter pepper Veg

Ambience is decent with upstair seating giving touch to Arabic seating style with few tables and chairs. Though downstairs during could be pretty hot.

Coming on to food. So, ordered Kebabi Platter which has a total of 18 pieces consisting a mix of chicken and mutton kebabs. Ranging from Mutton Seekh kebab, Chicken Banjara Kebab, Malai Chicken, Haryali Chciken and Tandoori Chicken. To be honest about this platter I would say soft, juicy, succulent and yummy.

Butter Pepper veg. Batter coated veggies shallow fried in butter giving them that yummy taste of butter and crispy. Best to be eaten hot. Crispy Chicken. It's the chinese chicken version in schezwaan sauce crispy again best to be eaten hot only. Open Shawarma. It's like any other shawarma but the basic difference is that here the stuffing inside the shawarma and the pita bread is not mixed together in a roll but served separately in a plate. Makrana Kebab soft, juicy and succulent 3 pieces of chicken drumsticks in red marination nicealy done in the tandoor and served hot. ( Must Have )

I kept my favourites for the last, not that others were not good but sometimes somethings scores more than the rest of the things that's it.

Matka Kebab and Masala Naan ( not a part of the combo but goes best together )

Chicken kebab first done nicely in the tandoor post which they are put inside a matka ( earthern pot ) with cream and loads of butter and the lid of the matka is covered with wheat dough and then again left inside the tandoor for few minutes. The end result is super succulent, juicy and those super tender butter and cream soaked chicken pieces. Masala naan is a in house combo of wheat dough with some garlic, herbs an greeen chillies tandoored and served crisp n hot in the table. Why Matka kebab and Masala Naan goes together is matka kebab since mixed together with butter and cream becomes a bit sweet so Masala Naan is the best in house to balance it out.

Kebabi, One Stop for all your Grills cravings at the heart of NIBM. Impressive brand name surely adds an extra edge for a crowd puller in such a competitive food market.

They have been clear with the menu," jo dikhta hai woh bikta hai". They centric to all the grill centric menus and tried to bring innovation with the grills plus twists.

Impressive packing, enthusiastic staffs, high quality ingredient, cozy ambience adds to a good experience event, may it be a dine in experience or the delivery. They have open seating and a closed seating with AC for coping up with the weather.

When it comes to food, I was impressed with their menu named as Naanza, have tried few places earlier but here they had this super filling stuffings, extra cheesiness, catchy packaging keeping the menu in good intact condition till it reaches you.

Another menu which I thoroughly enjoyed was their chicken platter, a variety and an eye pleaser for a non veg lover. I bet with the first glimpse you would be puzzled which to choose and nibble first.

They have a separate brand enlisted for exclusive Chinese meals ~ Wok Fried Chinese. They serving with most of the commonly served dishes .

We tasted few in starters and mains and some of the star items that caught our attention were firstly their schezwan sauce, a good thick flavourful nor sweet nor spicy garlic sauce . Enjoyed their burnt garlic fried rice, a simple dish but when the garlic aint fried perfectly you get the bitter after taste and ruins a good dish.

We enjoyed lollipops, crispy chicken, honey chilly potato (that needed work) tasted good but the prominent flavour of honey needed was missing.

Had some feedback with their sauces as they needed to melt down on the salt or the sauces. Liked the fact they knew their errors and happily accepted the feedbacks.

You would find them on Zomato, Swiggy they are serving at a market competitive rates and for the people of NIBM your chakna search narrows to this spot. Easy to find, it's just bang opposite to the famous BLISS cafe adding extra...

We enjoyed lollipops, crispy chicken, honey chilly potato (that needed work) tasted good but the prominent flavour of honey needed was missing. Had some feedback with their sauces as they needed to melt down on the salt or the sauces. Liked the fact they knew their errors and happily accepted the feedbacks. You would find them on Zomato, Swiggy they are serving at a market competitive rates and for the people of NIBM your chakna search narrows to this spot. Easy to find, it's just bang opposite to the famous BLISS cafe adding extra brownie points.
