Malgudi Express — Restaurant in Pune

I had one of the most unpleasant experiences at this restaurant yesterday. I was in a rush and stopped by to order Pav Bhaji. After handing over my token, the person behind the counter did not acknowledge me or even start on the order for several minutes. When I politely reminded him about it, he gave me a cold, angry stare before finally beginning to prepare the dish.

The way he handled the food was equally disappointing. The Bhaji was almost finished, and he scraped the bottom of the vessel with loud clanging noises just to get whatever was left. He then slammed the plate in front of me with clear irritation. The Pav wasn’t even properly toasted, and the Bhaji had a weird, floury texture—almost like it had been made with besan (gram flour) instead of proper ingredients. The butter was barely there—so little that I wondered if he had brought it from home to ration it! The lemon was stinky as well.

The entire experience left me disgusted—not just with the poor food quality, but more so with the disrespectful attitude and complete lack of basic courtesy.

Till yesterday, this was my favourite place to eat. I’ve lost count of how many people I’ve recommended it to. But yesterday’s experience was genuinely...

SPIDER!!!! , I orderd idli wada , was in hurry for office, got the order ate a bit and i saw a spider in it, is was a big black spider!!, i don't understand in such a overpriced restaurant where they are taking 50rs for 1 pc of idli and 1 pc of wada and they can't even take care of cleanliness, leave the taste even 10 rs nadbrahma idli is 100 times better then this but i think they should take care of food quality and cleanliness there spoons are just dirty, i can't get back here again i even have a image of that spider 🕷 unable to upload here, Edit - and now i am suffering from...

Malgudi express is located at inside commerzone IT park and only commerzone employees or people visiting commerzone are having excess to it.

Had dosa, poha, cut fruits many time

Dosa - 9/10 good batter and aloo masala but poor chutny - paid 50rs

Poha - 6/10 - not that great - could have prepaired better -

Cut fruits - 6/10 - nice variety but less quantity compare to value for money. - paid 60 rs

Cold coffee - 2/10 - not good at all - paid 50 rs

Tea - 7/10 - nice taste but could have been done better with more tea masala...
