Masoli Restaurant — Restaurant in Pune

Visited today and the experience was disappointing, Cons:

Extremely over priced compared to quality and portion Only one dish that we ordered(crab curry) was good in taste remaining all dishes were not good in taste SURMAI tawa fry was bit smelling and was not properly cooked, when we asked to the manager then he was talking arrogantly saying that how come you only facing this issue and no one else complained about the dish, come on you prepare dishes separately for each order(unless you use some other ways for cooking) do you can not generalized it, there could be possibilities that the dish is undercooked, he was saying that the tawa fry is like this only, half fried, come on, this is not an egg to eat it half fried, after some disappointing discussion he accepted our request to recook the same pieces of fish(didn't replaced the dish!!) The tables were not properly cleaned, there were flies roaming all around on all tables

Pros:

Only the ambience is good and good arrangement for family so giving one start, otherwise I did not like the place overall, you well get really good other options in this...

NEVER AGREE TO THE DISHES SUGGESTED BY THE MANAGER. HE IS TRYING TO GET RID OF THE BAD ITEMS.

I had been their regular customer and with today's experience, they've lost a loyal customer.

Normally I ask for delivery by directly ordering from the restaurant, but today I went myself to get the order. I am thoroughly disappointed by the over smartness shown by the manager to divert my choice to dishes of his choice. I fell for it and after tasting the dishes I realises he had fooled me. I originally wanted the stuffed tandoori chicken and he suggested to have regular tandoori chicken. When I opened the parcel at home, it was all over cooked and burnt. I asked for fish tikka and he immediately suggested I should take rawas. After tasting at home, I realises why he was so eager to push me for rawas. It was the most pathetic fish I have ever had. Looked like the chef forgot to add any masala and not even added salt to the marinade.

Very poor experience, almost like a breach of trust. I am not going back...
