Worst experience ever !! They promised a smooth food serving at our precious event but they didn’t even come close to delivering the food quality & presentation !!

Looks like someone from the restaurant took out time to reply to my review & I just want to highlight few things here to save others from this guy - Extremely sad to see his reply.

You all can see his reply it’s full of arrogance. 2.You can see he doesn’t feel apologetic at all. 3.He decided to blame the customer for all his shortcomings.

We concluded the program well in time , this guy Vishwas said he will be sending another guy instead of taking ownership for the issues & about the guy he was about to send - he never came !!

Post conclusion we got a call for payment immediately, we paid without asking for any discount , he himself reduced 3000 for the shortcomings , we did try to negotiate while booking almost a month back but post the conclusion of program we didn’t ask for discount , not even once !

I know they won’t understand & make changes but still I wanna share this To the care takers of Annapurna Veg Restaurant-

Learn to be customer centric , I understand you can’t fulfill all the promises made which were made to get the event but at least try to improve instead of starting to the blame the customer who is paying for the services !!

Downright pathetic was my experience with them and zomato both. Had placed an order and confirmed delivery time of 944pm. Since food was not delivered yet at 944pm contacted customer care chat and they said food was on ts way. next moment, the restaurant cancels the order without any intimation. how d heck could these guys do this. Even the Zomato rep was puzzled by this. However, amazingly, Zomato just stopped responding completely after this point. The only positive thing was that they refunded the money. However, if they had to cancel at all, they could've done it after talking to customer. Even the Zomato customer rep, who after a while stopped responding on the chat how's customer supposed to rely on such unreliable service? Apparently, this restaurant does not use zomato's delivery but their own people for delivery. Why? Why such pathetic...
