McDonald's — Restaurant in Pune

My last 3 orders have been so annoying, I did my 1st takeaway order on 23 June at night around 11 pm... I ordered few burgers and 2 double Patty Mc aloo tikki for myself... But when I got home, I had 2 single patty Mc aloo tikki... 2nd experience was on 3rd July, I made an order, but when I got home, I had no ketchup... Today 9th of july, I made my 3rd order, I ordered 2 single patty Mc aloo tikki burger and 2 double Patty Mc aloo tikki burger... During the process I told em to give extra ketchup which they did give me, but I had no tissues in my parcel on the top of that, they gave only 3 burgers, in which 2 were double Patty Mc aloo tikki burger and 1 was single patty... Why counter is so absent minded everytime? Idk about others but I faced this for the 3rd time consecutively... We all love McDonald's but such service at such prime location is worse, especially when m visiting in non hectic hours 🙏🏼 Picture is reference to my latest order where I ordered 4 burger but got 3..

I love McDonald's Burger all burgers are good and i like to have them i think all also might be liking it just the factor is Burger size is small for Average prices if you have more than 200₹ then you will get big size burgers all other under 200₹ comes in small size same like a small Vada-Pav (We can say) But it tastes really Goot and I don't like one more thing that burger are not hot at all whenever I goes I really didn't got hot burger at all So what is this McDonald's !! If it was hot then it really might have taste much better than it was served. Starting Prices of burgers is just 50₹ So if you don't have enough money then also you can go here ! Prices may vary with the time and ongoing offers but one more thing they don't give table-table service we had to Go and Wait and then Collect ! If you're Going for the First time then i will like to tell you that Washbasin and Washroom is on the last and the 3rd floor 😅.So go and try it and Like...

Visited when we had about an hour at hand.

Located near Swargate, bang-on on the main road. Sufficient area.

We had visited on a week day at 5 pm so no crowd. Still the order took a very very long time. Luckily they served the cappuccino in ceramic mug and not a take away disposable cup (which really puts me off).

The AC was not functioning properly, we felt so because it was so pleasant and beautiful outside and inside it was a bit suffocating. Then realised that they were not running the air con to the full... and even the doors were kept open!

Though not allowed, we took our coffee outside and sat with Mr Ronald McDonald's 😊 and enjoyed our time watching the evening traffic flow by!!
