We tried the tandoori masala idli and ghee tatte idli here. They seem to be quite popular as the idli was sold out the first day we visited during the evening. The next day we visited in the afternoon. The tandoori masala idli did not have any tandoori taste at all. It just looked red and had a chilli taste to it along with loads of ghee. Their Moringa Dosa is not just unique but genuinely nourishing — made with fresh farm moringa, blended into the dosa batter, and served with homemade white butter (loni). I was curious and spoke with their manager — they truly care about quality and use real, natural ingredients. The taste? Absolutely delicious with a traditional South Indian touch.
