Falahaar — Restaurant in Pune

Today I had a very bad experience with falahar, which I always recommend to every family member and friend. Very disappointing; I have to give them this rating despite the fact that I am a regular customer. Henceforth, before giving a recommendation, I have to think twice. I really want to share this. In my office hours, I placed an order online to save my break time for a PAHADI PANEER GRILLED SANDWICH WITHOUT CAPSICUM and went to receive my order and ask them if they followed the special instructions or not. They said that they skipped the instructions and added capsicum. I politely request the same freshly prepared pahadi paneer grilled sandwich without capers. They did not inform me that I had to pay for the first sandwich; they simply made a mistake; however, I agreed to pay for both sandwiches in advance, as well as the sheev puri. Now My order came, but this time they missed adding paneer to it. I confirm with the staff that there is no paneer, only onions, and that the tomato is present. One of the staff members replied in a rude tone. The exact wording was "TUME ORDER DETE TIME BOLNA CHAHIYE THA KI PANEER CHAHIYE, TUMNE BOLA PAHADI SANDWICH, TUMKO ORDER DETET TIME SAMAJNA CHAHIYE." I had already paid and was ready to eat the tomato and onion sandwich despite the pahadi paneer grill, but when I heard the staff member tonality, "Waah, what a service and ethics they have," I was done...

Have been visiting and ordering from falahar since ages and the quality of everything all over has stepped to the lowest leveu

First and foremost, the hygiene standards of the servers were shockingly low. It wasn't just one person; the entire staff appeared to neglect basic cleanliness. Their appearance was unkempt, and none seemed to follow standard hygiene protocols.

As for the service, it was equally dismal. Every server lacked proper etiquette—inattentive, and unprofessional. No one seemed to care about the customer experience, and orders were delivered with a careless attitude.

To top it off, the food was served cold and unappetizing. I even found a hair in my dish, which was beyond unacceptable. It left me questioning the overall sanitation of the kitchen.

I would strongly advise against dining here if you're looking for a clean and respectful dining experience. It was truly one of the worst restaurant visits...

Worst service ever I placed an order for my mom after consulting to the falahar person Over the phone. He told to place an order for cheese pav bhaji and he will replace it with munna Pav bhaji. But after placing the order the other person just denied that they don't do anything such. Firstly if the hotel is uable add dishes to their order list then they should not give such fake promises over the phone. DONT FOOL THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE AFTER PLACING THE ORDER THERE IS NO OPTION TO CANCEL AS WELL. Such a shame that been orderign from them from so long but this is how the customer are been treated. Even the perosn on the phone had no basic sence of speaking. He spoke as if he was doing a favor on me that I order from them. Worst worst worst service ever. Would think before ordering again and would recommend people to be careful...
