Hey friends, I visited this place to taste their amazing sea food and special rassas. Ambiance: Widely spread with more than 50-60 people can accommodate at a time. Simple chairs and tables makes it more comfortable.

Service: Its very fast and you dont have to wait for long time to get served. Staff is very supportive and gives you perfect suggestions.

Cleanliness: Even though place is located near to river side and trees are surrounding it, still you will find it clean and neat.

Food: I tried variety of dishes from the menu, bt my 1st favorite was Mutton sukka. Mutton pieces matinated in coconut based red masala and coocked to perfection. Mutton was not chewy and coocked very well. Very well balanced with spices. 2nd Fav was Tandoori Tandoori surmai. I usually prefer masala fry over rava fry, because you actually get to taste the masala and there i didnt got disappointed with that taste and makes my afternoon tasty. Fresh fish was perfectly coocked. Then i tried their in house Solkadi. This was one of best in town. Medium thick solkadi took away all the spiciness of fish and Mutton. Special Garvan Chicken Thali: This was the king of their menu. Widely spread thali includes Chicken Sukka, Chicken Masala, Tambda Pandhra rassa,biryani rice and Salad. Accompanied with Bhakri, chapati or Roti (as per your requirements) This was gane changer and if you have one thali, i think your lunch and dinner will be done at once.

Same was with Special Veg Thali: It was super heavy for a single person toneat entirely. Includes Khadeshi Shev bhaji, Khandeshi Patodi bhaji, Rassaa spl veg, dal fry, biryani rice. Amazing taste.

They also have variety of rassas and you can choose as per your taste.

Overall this place is amazing for your family...

How is this possible that sea food festival is on and I don't make use of it. So yes, Rassaa is celebrating sea food Festival and I was there to savor fish and a lot of other Maharashtrian preparations.

The place is right after Mahalaxmi Lawns. The ambiance is very colorful. Family seating space with colorful cushions makes it very bright and lively. That one corner with artificial greens had a few props too for photography. An amazing decor to make u feel nice n fresh.

Talking about food, well well this place is all lit.

Non veg starters - Tandoori Surmai, Tandoori Pomfret, Mutton Sukka

Surmayi was delicious and well cooked in tandoor. Loved eating pomfret with its juicy marination dripping down. So well cooked and oh so good. Mutton sukka stole my heart with the masala that was just yummmm! Could have been softer but great to taste.

Amongst veg, Paneer Makhmali Kebab was great. It's a must try coz this is one of it's kind. Paneer and inside was filling of paneer bhurji......very innovative and so good in taste.

Coming down to main course I enjoyed the chicken Thali that came with jowari, bhakri, chapati and maida Roti. The chkn rassaa was so delicious with that typical malvani flavors. They also served with some Biryani rice which was infused with some amazing flavors.

For nonveg lovers looking for some nonveg curries to please your taste buds, this place is definitely worth a visit. Vegetarian folks can also find good dishes here for a meal. A full course meal from soups to starters to main course are available here. Desserts are something missing, in case sweet toothed foodies are looking to complete one's meal with dessert served at the same place. Nice and well lit ambience. Seating is bit low for elders and children, but at the same time different seating arrangement as compared to typical table-chair seating.. Food quantity is good considering that a dish was shared by 2, though I personally found the food to be spicy. The spice level also depends on what preparation you order for.. They serve curries as prepared in different parts of maharashtra - kolhapuri, warahdi, malwani, khandeshi. Apart from these regional curries, the regular stuff also exists on their menu. Captain attending to you will give suggestions, if asked for. Staff is courteous and well mannered. Washroom facility available. Parking available. Cost wise, not very economical but not very...
