**Guruji Idli: A Fluffy Idli Delight in Pune** Guruji Idli is a popular food cart in Pune that serves up some of the fluffiest, most delicious idlis I've ever had. The idlis are made from a special batter that is fermented for 12 hours, which gives them their unique light and airy texture. They are served with a variety of chutneys and sambar, and you can also add ghee or podi for an extra flavor boost. I ordered the Ghee Podi Idli, which is served with a generous helping of ghee and podi (a spicy lentil powder). The idlis were so soft and fluffy that they practically melted in my mouth. The ghee and podi added a delicious savory flavor that was perfectly balanced by the tangy chutney and sambar. I also tried the filter coffee, which was strong and flavorful. It was the perfect way to end my meal. Overall, I was very impressed with Guruji Idli. The food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly. If you're looking for a great place to get breakfast or a snack in Pune, I highly recommend checking out Guruji Idli. **Here are some of the things I liked about Guruji Idli:** * The idlis are fluffy and delicious. * The chutneys and sambar are flavorful. * The filter coffee is strong and aromatic. * The prices are very reasonable. * The service is friendly. **Here are some things that could be improved:** * The food cart can get crowded during peak hours. * There is limited seating. **Overall, I would highly recommend Guruji Idli to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable South Indian meal in Pune.** **Rating:** 5 out of 5 stars

This time I was keen on having breakfast at #gurujiidli at Erandwane. Firstly convincing my mom to travel more than 15 minutes just for having an idli was a big task. I had to re-assure her that, I have read good reviews on peo, apan try karu yat. En route in Rick as well , I had to hear from her it shouldn't be chaaryanaachi kombadi aani baarnyacha masala 😁. Thankfully that was not the situation. We reached the place at about 10.30 am. Easily found via google maps & expert rickshawallas. Hygienic cart, crowd well managed. Coupon system. Decent prices & fabulous quality. Piping hot, pillowy soft ( is also an understatement) idlis were served on the plate with a spoonful of ghee topped with flavourful podi & then classic green chutney was poured on it. So soft , spongy & all together with the podi & chutney was a terrific combination. Finish off this classic idli podi brekkie with refreshing filter kaapi. We also packed a few idlis for our family members & it was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandfather !

Fantastic Experience at Guruji Idli Center! I had the pleasure of visiting Guruji Idli Center, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The idlis were incredibly soft, fresh, and perfectly steamed, just melting in the mouth. The accompanying chutneys and sambar were bursting with authentic flavors that reminded me of traditional South Indian cuisine at its finest. What really stood out was the quick service and the friendly staff, making sure every customer had a great experience. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place were also commendable, making it a comfortable spot for a meal. If you're looking for authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced South Indian food, Guruji Idli Center is a must-visit! I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu. They also serve Ghee poodi idli, dosa and Shira. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Step into the aromatic haven of this idli shop and prepare to embark on a culinary adventure like no other. Nestled in the heart of the city, this hidden gem is a haven for idli aficionados seeking authenticity and flavor beyond compare.

The star of the show, the idlis, are a testament to the shop's dedication to perfection. Soft, pillowy, and steaming hot, each bite transports you to idyllic streets of South India. Made from the finest rice and lentil batter, these little delights are a harmonious blend of simplicity and taste.

But it's not just about the idlis; it's the entire experience. From the moment you enter, the tantalizing aroma of spices fills the air, awakening your senses and igniting your appetite. The friendly staff adds to the warm ambiance, ensuring each visit is as welcoming as the last.

Pair your idlis with an array of chutneys and sambar, each bursting with flavor and depth. From tangy coconut to fiery tomato, each accompaniment elevates the idlis to new heights of gastronomic delight.

In a world where authenticity is often sacrificed for convenience, this idli shop stands as a beacon of tradition, offering a taste of South India that is as soul-satisfying as it...
