Relax Corner Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Pune

I generally prefer to write reviews about an experience if it good but my experience at relax was beyond horrible. Do not go to this place on weekends especially. We reached really late so i think the staff was really tired. The place had used tissues fallen everywhere, the cloth that was used to clean our table was stinking of unwashed unhygienic fabric. I wanted to go to the loo and the image I saw in the bathroom still scars me. The flush wasn’t working so someone who had done their business (no. 2) couldn’t flush! YUCKK! I thought we had passed those times now after all that our government is doing!!! But anyway, I came back to my table utterly disgusted, had lost the appetite to eat but the food was ordered so we decided to eat. Pav bhaji came first and on time. Pav was over, we asked for pav and thumbs up we didn’t get it, Paneer chilly came and I’m sure it wasn’t paneer. And lastly came by masala pav which had OD’d on salt. The thumbs up came later but the pav never did. We paid the bill and cudn wait to get out of that place. The customer front was so yuck I dont even want to think about what’s happening behind their closed doors in the kitchen. STAY AWAY...

I rarely write negative reviews, but my visit to Relax Corner Pure Veg Restaurant was so disappointing that it deserves to be mentioned. From the moment we stepped in, the place looked shabby and unhygienic. The floor was dirty, the tables weren’t cleaned properly, and the entire environment felt neglected and unpleasant.

The staff were just as careless. The waiters looked shabby and disinterested, with absolutely no sense of customer service. We had to call them multiple times just to get their attention and place our order. Even after that, the service was painfully slow.

To make matters worse, I had ordered a chikoo milkshake, which only arrived when we were already about to leave. It was completely frozen with large chunks of ice, making it impossible to enjoy. It clearly wasn’t freshly made, and the quality was unacceptable.

Overall, this restaurant was a complete letdown — poor service, unhygienic surroundings, inattentive staff, and bad food presentation. Definitely not worth a visit. I would advise others to avoid this place if you're looking for a clean and decent...

Disaster of a Restaurant –Never Again! This place deserves zero stars. We waited more than 30 minutes and still didn’t get our order. The chairs were soaking wet, and instead of arranging proper seating, the staff shamelessly asked us to take a parcel, giving some excuse about a “police issue.” First they let us sit, then suddenly changed their words. To make it even worse, they turned off the lights because of police and left us sitting in complete darkness.

The so-called starters were raw and tasteless even the masala papad was half-cooked and soggy. We kept waiting for pav bhaji, but it never even arrived. After arguing with the manager, we finally left without eating it at all. The staff is unbelievably rude, arrogant, and clueless about hospitality. No hygiene, no cleanliness, no respect for customers. The place looks filthy, smells awful, and feels like they are doing us a favor by serving food.

Honestly, this was the worst dining experience of my life total waste of money, time, and patience. If you value your mood, health, or even basic decency, stay far away...
