Ribbons And Balloons - The Cake Shop — Restaurant in Pune

On 31- Dec-18 I booked 2 cakes for birthday with proper confirmation and receipt at Ribbons & Balloons Dahanukar Colony. They committed me to deliver the cakes on 1-Jan-18 at 10 am as per my requirement. Today when I went there at 10.15 am for collecting the cakes they said that the Truck has left from factory for delivery of cake and it will take 20 min to reach at our outlet. So Outlet representative and the owner told that they will do home delivery so no need to wait. Even after dozzens of calls, they keep on giving me falls commitment delivering the consignment in 15 to 20 mins. I called and complaint to outlet owner, on my first call the owner attended call and she also committed to deliver cake in 15 to 20 mins. Later the owner stopped taking my calls. Finally at 1.30 pm I personally went there, the cakes were nit still received and not given any explanation. I have cancelled the cake order (When function was over). This was the worst and horrible experience with Ribbons & Balloons cake shop at Dahanukar Colony. Owner stops responding to customer shows the no customer centric approach. I absolutely don't...

The owner seems least interested in her business. My card was charged twice+ I paid cash since seemed like the card dnt go through. Later saw two transactions on my credit card. I went to the shop the next day, the girl working at the counter gave the owner’s number. I called her soon and she asked me to give the details of the transaction which I forwarded to her immediately. Till date she hsnt replied to my message, I called the owner again in the evening. She said she hadn’t even looked into my issue yet since she is out( how unprofessional) for a cake shop owner. Had ordered a cake for my brothers engagement...It looked too simple on the catalogue they had. But this was more than what we expected. It was from none other than Ribbons and balloons (Dahanukar colony branch)...Not only good presentation but it also had an awesome taste.
