Pruthvi Vegetarianism — Restaurant in Pune

I hate to write this review, as I’ve been a regular customer here for last several years, with min 3-4 visits every month, paying them an avg of about ₹4000-₹6000 every month. But Over a period of last few months, this place has eroded its values from a good veg place in Kothrud to a place full of cheap and rude attitude (especially the person at the billing counter).

He’s forgotten that the customers around who have made this place so famous , can also tear them apart, and should not be taken for granted.

I have already had my last visit to this place today, promised myself not to go back there.

Updated after reading the below response: AKSHAY, dude, your response doesn't help change any of my opinions, which you've contributed to with your words/act. What's more disappointing is 'you don't seem to be feeling sorry about your behaviour, despite of explicitly exposing it to you, in a candid manner.

YOU WERE RUDE, when you asked me to leave behind one of my family members, when I told you 'I'd get my card, from my home, which is at a walking distance'. WTH dude??? (did you even think ONCE before saying this??) :-X

YOU WERE RUDE, when you said that you cannot run behind every customer telling them that you are charging more for sodexo (or whatever) ..... I ask - DID YOU RUN BEHIND EVERY CUSTOMER, telling them when you started supporting sodexo cards??? You displayed it on your glass door, didn't you? What prevented you from updating this change at the same place?? How else did you expect me to be knowing the changes in YOUR business policies?? Your business policies is YOUR JOB, not mine, you need to make sure, how you'd make your customers aware of it.

One last note ... people would come to you, more for the kind of experiences you'd give them, not for the food you serve (your food and menu is not too extra-ordinary anyways). And this experience that you gave me was DEFINITELY NOT WELCOMING.

Hope you'd learn your lessons, and use this feedback to improvise, and prevent losing your customers.

Don't go Pruthvi Hotel, very Worst Experience I had in pruthvi hotel terms of Hospitality, yesterday noon I went for eat pav bhaji but i ordered pav bhaji they put me on wait for half hours, when I finished my ffod in 20 minutes i Instantly made payment through GPay, that payment msg not received that cashier fellow who is very illiterate and bad asss fellow to put on hold for 15 montes, he was unaware to respect the customers of hotel who is king of market without customer he will not getting salary. He don't to tell me to swat once I will received payment msg i will let you know that i want to expect from him, but was disrespect me n about my payment and after 20 minutes I don't everything to show my debited msgs and received payment to pruthvi hotel I shown him but he was very selfish person to hold me there, so paid in case payment to against my already paid payment in cash that means received double of billing payment of Prithvi hotel. That fellow cashier told to ce again for collect your payment was failled i told hm keep it with you you only n let me know to received money but he was refused to all this and paid double bill to pruthbi hotel because of disrespect of customers We are went hotel for not only to eat testy food but also we are paying for service cost of Nice Hostility but know one know this this thing bit hotel workers get salary for Nice hospitality then y people of Cashier of pruthvi hotel fone with his customers hotel did this way of disrespect.. Naheen we are paying service charges to hotel to nice Hospitality then why to customers Be poliet with customers and Give them respect is rights of all king of customers

The place itself is huge with good seating arrangements. When we got there, the staff member got the menu and he waited on our head for the order. Never got the reason of the such rush !! We ordered Veg Crispy in starters, I would not complain it was very good but when we asked the owner could you provide us with white sauce or atleast give us a bowl of pudina green chutney but he refused !! He said " Uske sath nahi ata" Really !! He asked to get us Ketchup which was smelling bit stale too. We thought to review it to the owner but he was least interested. Secondly, when we asked the waiter, whats the specality of the hotel in bhaji section, he suggested some Paneer kofta. We agreed to get us the same. Guys please do not take any suggestion from these guys. The bhaji was tasteless and not cooked fully. Special instructions were given to him to prepare little more spicy than usual but he made it more sweet which tasted more like Paneer butter masala. I would rate 0 for the bhaji costing us whooping 200/-. Butter naan was good and soft. The waiter kept jeera rice bowl on the table and went, he did not show any coutersy to atleast serve us the rice in our plates. Staff were very ignorant, instructions were not followed at all. Best thing in the menu was only Jal jeera Soda. It was tangy and served cold which convinced me rate them one extra star for them. Would not recommend. Experience wasnt...
