Sudama Bhel — Restaurant in Pune

I wanted to try this place after I saw some reviews and finally visited this place and to start with I had Pani puri and then I was going to order other dishes. To my disappointment this was the worst Paani Puri i have had till date. Even a road side paani poori wala has a good taste No grudges but my honest review as I just wanted to highlight the paani was not tasty nor cold nor anything to go for again. It literally spoiled my taste buds. May be it was a bad day and they did not have any customers when I visited however my experience was very bad and I did not order anything else and checked into another place to have something better. :( I am really disappointed with this shop and will think 100 times before I visit...

Not good for hospitality or food. I ordered pav bhaji and SPDP, in pav bhaji there was a slice of plastic in that. In the bhel as well there was a hair. After that I thought I could at least tell the incidents to the person in charge but when I told him that, he did not even flinch and not even had the decency to say sorry. A very bad experience for me, I was told that sudama is very good brand but I would not recommend that to...

Ate spdp and it was really awesome.. it's the best place to go for spdp.. the place is maintained clean and I've seen that they maintain the hygiene of the place very well.. customer service is given first priority and everything is well maintained... Overall a really great place for quick visits.. Note- medium spicy will suit everyone and light spicy will also be recommendable for elders too... Extreme spicy may not be tolerated...
