Choice Classic Hotel — Hotel in Pune

The room was really good, spacious and all but like who keeps everything black in the bathroom including basin and toilet seat? Weird! Idk why the manager was so lost like he didn't even have our booking and was behaving as if we're from out of the world, again pretty weird! They told us earlier it's a non A/c room but later on we argued and he turned it on but the water from the A/c was leaking and literally made our bags and everything wet about which we complained to the manager but again no sorry, no empathy, nothing. Like dude, if you don't want people to visit the hotel just let us know and we'll find another place but what behaviour is this? Especially from the manager. I have gone Pune for a Family function. I reached Pune Rly at 11.30. The Suraj Classic Hotel is the only decent hotel which is near and economical. They greeted me well (time was midnight), Room Service gave my water bottle and also arranged for my dinner, Room was very neat and clean, with all services are working perfectly. Hotel is also very well maintained and looks attractive, Outside you will find OYOOYO room logo. My room was in 1st floor just above Reception, with large glass view of front side.||I had a pleasant sleep after 10 hours long train journey. Worst experience but i wasn't alone during my stay because there were cockroaches with me all the time. Worst food I've ever had in my entire life. Staff doesn't know how to talk on phone or in person , arrogant staff, unprofessional, managers should learn how to talk, managers always denies the guest here. I'd recommend not to visit the hotel please save your money rather than spending here! I wouldn't even rate 1 star for this hotel because this hotel doesn't deserve any.
