Sufi's restaurant — Restaurant in Pune

Good ambiance, the hookah was also good ! Great flavour, after couple of hours also it didn't burnt! 3stars just for hookah and the food was okok !!... But The Service Sucks !!! I Don't know why they were taking tooo muchhhh time for everything!!! Although there was not much crowd but still they took hours for everything!!! This is not a hate review ! But a bad experience!!! The service for hookah and food was really bad !! This is my first and last experience ! Although my friends had been there before once even that time the service was really bad !!!... And when we were trying to say the waiters to make it fast instead of listening to us they were rude and ignored us !!!? But at the billing time they made it so real quick, as if we would jst run away! The billing time service was much faster then we could ever think offf!!! Please better try to work on your boys & service, make it happen fast ! People can't literally wait for hours for the pot, then for the starters, and then again wait for the food !!! Good luck & hope for the better...

The food from this restaurant has been my companion in my good times or bad since one year now. I feel comfort in their food. Specially my all time favorite CHICKEN THALI! When I feel down I feel like eating here. When I feel happy or celebrating I feel like eating here. It lifts my spirit with their homely preparation. I frequently order from their but at last time I visited Their restaurant. Their Chicken Biriyani, Chicken Thali, Malai Chicken Kabab are my ultimate favs amongst other beautifully prepared dishes. Unlike most of the restaurants where some dishes tastes almost same, here different dishes tastes differently.

The ambience is rustic but I feel it needs a little warm up.

The service is undeniably fantastic. The owner himself keeps an eye for your needs. Rajib is really attentive and friendly.

Overall it has been a 5 star...

One of my favourite places in Pune, it's a perfect place to come with few of your friends, and enjoy food, drinks, sheesha(for those u like it)...service is good, rooftop area is the best and they have inside dinning area also plus private area also with ac...food is good, never let me down, prices are very reasonable...parking and lift is also available, it's on 4th floor of the building. Most imp. Point is Sufi is open 24*7 a week...u can go...
