Sugran Swad Gharcha Sea food,Thali's & fish fry — Restaurant in Pune

Not sure where should I begin with but by far this happens to be one of the best restaurants for seafood I have ever been too. The quality of the dishes served were really great, quantity was more than enough to feel satisfied and most important thing is, it's really very pocket friendly. Seafood at this cost and this quality is really surprising. I had never seen a restaurant which has combination of taste, quality and cost together. Even when costing being relatively low owners have not at all compromised with the quality. Also the restaurant owners are very welcome and sweet. I can literally go pages and pages to write about this place but bottom line remains is this place is worth visiting. Keep it up Sugran folks, we just loved the food!!!...

The restaurant service is pathetic and very slow. We ordered Surmai and chicken thali. It took more than 40 minutes for just one thali to be served, and when it was, the food was cold. Half a piece of Surmai was served in the Surmai thali, which costs ₹420. If you want a full piece, you have to pay ₹200 extra, which is not worth it. Only one bhakri was served, and for the second one (two bhakris should come in one thali), we had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. The restaurant is small, and their first priority is online orders. They don't seem to care about the customers sitting in front of them. We had to cancel half of our order due to the poor service and food quality, which is not...
