The Citiotel Managed by - Kwality Catering Services — Restaurant in Pune

This hotel is for commercial and for corporate stay but i have had bad experience there as they must know that every corporate people get their food reimbursement so they should provide Food bills at the time of Check-Out but they takes it at very lower priority and now they don’t provide. I stayed there 12 days, at the last i asked them to provide me food bills atleast for 12 days, they gave me “Farzi” bills with hotel stamp which was Ok but later i found it is just 3-4 which is not usable. When i called hotel they bluntly refused that they don't provide food bills anymore to anyone. I would highly recommend don’t book that hotel for at least for corporate/commercial use. You will get much better option up there. As per my telephonic conversation with Ms. Bhagyashree, she bluntly refused to accept my humble request. I was waiting for more than 3 hours for check in Even the hotel was booked in advance before 3 days through Goibibo. They were giving rooms for a couples for a few hours. They are not bothering even normal guests waiting for the room check in. Very uncooperative staff. The rooms are very bad and dirty. An unmarried couple was booking rooms for a few hours and the toilets found dirty and further can't explain. I had managed my stay there because the booking was made in advance through Goibibo. the hotel and Goibibo was not ready to cancel my booking or refund my money.

Breakfast was very bad even included in room rent. They serve breakfast Poha and tea only. Dinner food was very costly and also not testy. I highly recommend that you never book room in this hotel.

It was seriously bad experience till date. Check in @ hotel took too long time. Lift was not working ... Condition of main door was not good latch of door was broken frm in and out ... Centre lock was too loos than anybody can open it with 1or 2 push for main door. LIGHTS of room was very low and didn't felt fresh in room... Bed is very very very uncomfortable they have made 2 small bed as one big... Switch of light are placed just over you head , it hurts will sleeping. No bathroom material for shower... They just provide one very small soap and 1rs shampoo pouch for 2 people ... Towels were not clean bedsheet was having some staines on it .... I just want to say don't go with this any other Oyo hotel or any hotel for stay can give very good services than this. Totally...
