I am completely not satisfied. What I heard about this hospital was true when I had to visit this place. I am giving 3 star just for good treatment of my brother who got an accident. But the way they treat patient's relative, colleagues or friend for money is very shameful. When I was depositing security money then I saw an incident. One of the person there was completing the payment process for discharging there ward then the total bill was around 110000 INR and they already had paid 50000 INR during admitting as security deposit. So the difference amount must be paid by that person but hospital authorities were compelling to pay 110000 INR by saying that you will get refund that security within some days. And I think this is totally unethical. I literally saw them crying for this behavior. So I must give a suggestion to hospital authorities to stop this refund nonsense as you know very well no one come to hospital for enjoying. We all gets tensed during such situations. So please kindly be cooperative during such situations specially with patient's relative.
Second one I noticed that in ICU ward you don't provide three times meal to patient while you are charging around 15k to 20 K around per day. So I think you must improve your service in this segments too. Patient should get three times meal when you are charged such high prices.
Third one I think you do usually when you got to know that patient have insurance. I saw that you do random tests again and again just for increasing your bills so that Insurance companies will pay you more. You did two times CT scan of my brother while in first report of CT scan everyone was normal.
In this context I would like to say to all insurance companies that kindly provide one of your staff to observe every treatment closely of patients if you think that this is unethical. Otherwise if you are ready to pay whatever bill they send then it's okay.
And the last one and important one is parking facilities. Hospital authorities must improve it's parking facilities and security must be more tight when any vehicle exit because many people say they are staff and security allow them to exit without verifying the ID card. So stop this also.

Read moreI admitted my mother (Asha K. Rathod) in Sancheti Hospital Pune for Total Knee Replacement (TKR) for duration of 3 days from 2 june to 5 june 2025. Initially before admission all procedures were explained by care manager at the hospital desk, with day wise stages of operation and approx costing for the surgery. In meanwhile it was asked to conduct pre operation tests of patient. It was done accordingly. On admission day of patient, we allotted the applicable room within 30 min. Room was neat and clean. We got advanced patient bed, one relative bed, fan, tube, table, bathroom with attached toilet. Also at hospital they provide personal care kit (containing toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, hand wash, comb, hair oil, bath soap, talcum powder, etc of one each). One hand band given to patient, which remain on patient's hand till discharge. After admission initial visits were made by Dr Parag Sancheti sir's and Dr Kailash Patil sir's team, also physician, Anaesthesia team for initial status and check up of patient. Initial video of walk style was recorded for reference purpose. On second day operation was performed by doctors team in morning session, which was conducted successfully. During operation relatives were allowed to seat in meditation room for distress. After completion of operation Dr Parag Sancheti who himself conducted operation was met to us and explained the operation and patient condition. After operation patient transferred to recovery room and followed by ICU unit for observation purpose. After 12hr stay at ICU patient get shifted to allotted room. After operation regular visits were made by doctors team like, physician, ortho, psychiatrist, physiotherapist, dietician, etc. all team discussed the recovery progress with patient, which help in rehabilitation of patient. Here at Sancheti Hospital cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. Throughout day GAYATRI mantra audio is played/ chanted on sound system (Still at my home I get the background sound of mantra), which help in reliving and connection with deity during stay.
