Arora Bakers — Restaurant in Punjab

I ordered Death by chocolate from Arora bakers however I was quite disappointed with the preparation and delivery of the cake. My review is as follows: (1.) The cake was extremely soft and it was difficult to slice a piece of it and serve it to guests (2.) I had told the bakery to keep it in fridge to make sure it becomes hard , however this suggestion was not taken. (3) I had requested the bakery to provide two candles reading number 33, however it was not sent along (4) usually Death by chocolate has a bitter -sweet taste, which is intentionally put to balance the extra sweet taste. However , there was no bitter element of taste found.(5) The cake was dislodged from its base(made of cardboard), so it was like Leaning tower of Pisa, meaning it was coming off the board and not centered.This implies bad handling by delivery team. (6)The order was placed more than 24 hours in advance and yet delivery was...

I am very happy with their service as It was the first time when I gave order for cake and some other stuff from their shop to from canada. I called them around three hours before, it was very short period of time notice. But Arora bakery's awner are very talented and nice they delivered my ordered before the time. Really appreciated.
