BABA Chicken Mohali — Restaurant in Punjab

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. There was only one staff member running the entire place – from taking orders, serving food, to even handling the cash counter. Naturally, everything was delayed – from starters to even basic items like rotis, which took forever to arrive.

To make matters worse, that one staff member was completely unbothered by the situation. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, and absolutely no customer service. When we looked around to find someone to complain to, there was literally no one else available.

This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. If they can’t handle customers properly, they shouldn’t be running the place. Definitely not going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal...

I am writing this review after having a family dinner at 21st June 2023.. Ambience is good, market facing area along window side, gives a feeling of suffocation, there must be an AC on left wall also.. Cheese chilly, was mostly uneven cornflour dipped cheese pieces.Not good. Red(Spicy) Chicken tikka, they write like this in menu, is not near to spice.. Rara chicken was good , just like ordinary gravy chicken 🐔, i didn't understand why it is on higher price side. Mutton keema Gravy, is theri innovation, which comes with bones, i don't understand how keema can be big bones, so if you want to have keema , don't go for this. Was a great fan of Baba chicken food since they opened the branch in mohali but today it was the most Worst experience 👎🏻👎🏻 anyone can have. Got delivered chilled food with no taste. Even road side dhaba would have served their so called “special butter paneer“. Felt like puking after having only 2 bites of food. It smelled like rotten food with no salt. Strongly suggest not to order Baba special butter cheese. Rather stay hungry than having such mood spoiling dinner. When tried to contact the mohali branch, they didn’t pick up the call.
