Worst employee award goes to Sukhdev. I could have given 0 if I could . Highly rude and disrespectful. Pizza Hut should close this location as this is the 3 rd time I came in store and they refuse to take orders saying we have a lot of online orders. What about the customers who came in store . Why don’t you close the location then coz they refuse to take orders for dine in and take away. If only online orders are being prepared then please go ahead and close the store . Pizzahut has slowly come up to be one of the top pizza chain in India & giving a tough fight to competitors. This place in ph x is a average place for dine-in & is mostly for take away or deliveries. Yes, the staff here is a bit here n there but not an issue if you are getting delivery. The pizzas of PH are always great to taste & they have good variety n customisation also. I would also tell to be aware of this particular joint as they may sometimes use old/stale ingredients. This is the worst place i have ever been to. They make you wait for long hours they and still the taste is miserable. They deliver the pizzas in stupid pans which are not at all clean and it gives very pathetic vibes and kills the whole mood. The staff is also pathetic. Not going there again in my life. The prices are also skyrocketing and the services are worst. They are focusing on their online delivery chain that's why they don't care about walk-in customers anymore. My rating 1...
