BANSAL The Food House — Restaurant in Punjab

Most pathetic place to eat in Amritsar. I visited twice and both time my experience was pathetic.

In my first visit, I ordered a mancho soop and I found dead insect in moncho soup. I realised when I had finished half of soup.

I complained to the manager and he was very normal and said I will share another one. He did not feel sorry and said this is very normal and we get dead insects in most of our products. I was surprised to see this. When I went to owner Akashy Bansal, he was not ashamed of what is happened in his reastaurant and his attitude was I donot care.

He is also biggest layer and not a man of his words.

I request everyone not to go there with your families as they sell dead insects in food and charge too much for unhealthy food.

Also, their waiter announces your bill rather giving you bill silently which you feeling that you sit in a roadside dhabba rather a family restaurant.

Lastly , donot ever think to take your guests or friend for treat as when waiter will announce bill loudly in front of everyone, you will be embarrassed.

Bansal food courts sells pathetic food with pathetic...

It was ridiculous firstly i waited for almost 15 min for the table nd when i final found a table and sit on it I was told by the manager to change the seat because his guests were arrived who just entered the restaurant then after getting another table we found there was a hair in the bowl which was served to us so my father complaint about it so the bowl was replaced by another bowl but the complaint is not finished yet after that there was another hair in the chapati which my family and I didn’t mentioned them at first but eventually when i paid the bill i told about it to the manager but he didn’t care about it at all nd he was Just doing his other work and haven’t paid any attention or felt sorry about anything his name is Rajesh bansal even i think that he didn’t care about the cleaning in the restaurant then i asked him who’s his senior firstly he replied in very bad tone that he the most senior person at bansal which is very rude I think that he should treat the customers well nd maintain the name of this...

Misleading customers by selling low quality item using names of popular dishes in Amritsar

Ordered Gud halwa from this shop. The server agreed to give it. After serving the order, they gave suji halwa which nowhere tastes like Gud Halwa neither it's made in Desi Ghee. Moreover synthetic food colour was added in it. Even on online delivery, they are falsefully claiming it as Gud Halwa just to mislead customer and get more sale.

On complaining to the server, they at first were claiming that it's Gud Halwa. But on probing more, they accepted that it's not the same thing. Despite this, they were not replacing the order, neither apolozing for it.

They made me wait for 15 minutes for this thing without any resolution.

There are better shops with good customer service....
