Nagina Heights — Hotel in Punjab

Booking 15 rooms for my wedding guests at this hotel turned out yo be a massive disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that things were not as promised. None of the rooms had towels or clean bedsheets. All the rooms smelled of cigarettes.

The staff behaviour was shockingly rude, instead of offering assistance they were dismissive and unhelpful.
