Since my college days, I was really obsessed with the logo and the name of Bikanervala, Because of their Savory snacks.

But for food I tried for the first time and i will never go back there again.

First of all the prices are very high according to the taste.

Even the portion size is small.

180 rupee for a plate of dosa like that is too much, there are shops sector 22 chandigarh sells dosa in 80 rupees 1000 times better then what they are serving.

Their dosa is of triangular in shape. corners are very crispy but not in a good way.

From inside it stuffed with mashed potatoes and some spices.

Served with Sambhar, Coconut chutney and Tomato chutney.

*Both of the chutneys are awful. *Sambhar is just okay.

I also tried modak just because the price is of 900 per kg and it is just the simple burfi in shape of modak.

They are just fooling the customers trying to sell the brand name in higher price.

"Experienced extremely slow service most of the tables are empty but they still took around 35 mins to serve us 3 plates of dosa.

*They don't have manners to serve we were 3 sitting on a table they bring 2 dosa's first and took another 5+ mins for the 3rd dosa, I was really disappointed with this behaviour the friends of mine waiting for the third plate so we can start together. they just killed our appetite.

I hosted a birthday party few days back at your Bikanervala, Global Business Park location, Zirakpur, SAS Naga, Punjab. There were around 25 guests from my side. I never expected such a bad experience we will face at your location.We ordered multiple items from the menu. Everytime the delivery service at the table was very slow. We had to call every time for spoons, plates, bowls, water etc. We ordered Dal Makhni and it was smelly, looking burnt. We had complained to the manager there, but he did not agree to accept at the start but finally he accepted. We started around 12:30 PM there and from the start we complained that AC was not working, even the inlets were also not working. A huge level of suffocation arised there. Everybody was looking at me and I was completely helpless and embarrassed. I continuously requested the manager/staff there but they didn't fix this issue. We were in the AC hall, but still sweating.Think how big was that embarrassment for the host. Even the dealing was not up to the mark. At the time of booking, they confirmed to me that they will do some discount in the final bill but yesterday they completely denied. We never expect such bad dealing from a big food chain.

Overall, the experience was very bad and unexpected. I wanted to keep this experience in front of you so that you can better serve your customers.
